Bless Jenny s Patience

Jenny was great but I am a little upset with the company s system that allowed me to book but then wasn t available I was immediately charged but I had to change my flights immediately to times that weren t the most convenient

Flexible ticket is a joke

While the overall ticket purchasing experience is nice and all the flexible ticket they offer is kind of a joke I was promissed that I ll be able to change ticket with only fare diff and tax But when I actually need to change ticket even though the ticket on their official website is almost the same the so-called fare diff they calculated ends up me paying 50 more on the original price This extra cost on flexible ticket is just a waste of money Conclusion it s OK if you want to buy ticket from them but DO NOT pay any additional for extra services especially the flexible ticket

I gave Checknfly an average review because there were both pros and cons One of the pros was that Maria the representative who assisted me was prompt about making sure she contacted me when my flight needed to be rescheduled As for the cons she called me more than once at about 5 00am in my time zone Today she called me at 6 00am to ask me to do this review I would have preferred that she had either emailed me instead or chosen a better time to call me Checknfly did what it was supposed to do which was to get my flight booked so I might use it again in the future However it will be the last time I use Checknfly if I get another phone call while I m trying to sleep

Worked out but felt weird

I felt coerced into posting a review for Brad I got the feeling my tickets wouldn t be released if I didn t post a positive review Why Brad made me stay on the phone until I published two reviews

Had to change my flights 48 hours

Had to change my flights 48 hours before departure The call assistant Amelia was great very helpful in finding the cheapest tickets within her means letting me hold on the line and being very responsive before and after the call The customer service staff are actually quite nice and helpful but I didn t like the company policies regarding cancellations and refunds

Good Service apart from the initial 1st contact

First initial contact to office felt a little unprofessional with the way they answered the phone not stating the company name and answered with just a Hello I was passed through to Jenny Walter who clearly helped with a slight change to the flight booking She was very helpful and patient providing a good service She deserves at least 5 stars but gave 3 just because team didn t seem very professional with the way the call was answered

Asking for more money once booked

Thanks for your help BRAD A last minute flight was needed and was sorted fairly smoothly However reading other reviews regarding calling back and asking for extra money I had the same thing happen to me It s left me not wanting to recommend or use this company again If this company wants repeat business then they needs to stop this practice

Booked USA flights using Kayak I got a call from Kevin from checknfly Here we go I thought But was pleasantly surprised Kevin wanted to ensure that the flights are best suited for my needs OTA s are notably unscrupulous nowadays but checknfly is not in my opinion and experience Please note that Checknfly is not a member of ATOL or ABTA So if there is an emergency you have no recourse to any redress I lost all my money due to a death in the family Please book with ATOL ABTA registered travel agents

No information on the check in baggage

they didn t show the ticket if check in baggage is icluded and after adding back the price is higher than the airline itself

Have just made a booking to Raleigh

Have just made a booking to Raleigh Durham Was offered flexi tickets after booking but turned down I see others have had similar experiences Having read reviews I asked specifically if company had already bought flights at the price I paid and if they were confirmed In writing I was assured they were so there shouldn t be a problem
