Terrible experience

I booked a taxi from the airport and provided my flight number and asked that the driver picked me up 40 mins after arrival Once we arrived we were held on the plane for 1 hour so I called the driver to explain to him he had not yet left He seemed confused and asked me to call back the next day So I messaged their help bot who mentioned that she ll let the driver know I checked in to confirm 15 mins later once I hadn t heard anything and she came back saying I told them too late and was unable to change the booking In addition to this I was told I d have to pay 10 for every additional 30 mins that the driver waits This was extremely frustrating considering I was stuck on a plane without any indication of when we d be let out

Unbelievable rudeness Every time the price is different to the same destination at the same time I just asked the man to explain why the prices jump he put the phone down on me I ve been a customer for many years and lately this company has become vile real shame because it used to be amazing Management doesn t care the old drivers say the same thing need to look for another cab company as I m not valued as I customer

Awful wanted to charge me 160 for a fare thats usually 80 just because of tube strike Disgusting Just day before they said 80 I can t stand people who take advantage like this especially of vulnerable disabled passengers who have been long standing customers I hope someone scams that controller who was willing to rip me off

Dodgy minicab company

They tell you one price over the phone and confirm via text then change the price at the end of the journey adding on a waiting fee although the driver did not use the car park the client is still charged for it I would never use Cheetah Cars again

The cab driver has dropped me off at mid stay car park at Luton airport in the rain I then had to walk to get onto the airport bus to drop me to departures which took 20mins due to traffic My company has paid for a cab to drop me straight outside departures instead this can driver has not done so making me late

The driver had never been to City airport before and didn t know where he was going even with sat nav He was asking my mum where they were and she is elderly and doesn t live in London so didn t know

Incredibly rude

I messaged from Paris to relay the train departure had been delayed 30 mins The agent updated arrival to 3pm The train took longer and I was unable to communicate from the train due to connectivity I called upon arrival and was told it would be 10 pounds of xtra for the delay and they connected me with the driver The driver proceeded to question why I was late instead of just letting me know where to meet him When I expressed frustration he wasn t answering where to meet him he continued to be so combative I was no longer comfortable getting in a car with him Extremely disappointing and terrible experience for someone just arriving who doesn t know the ins and outs Will not use again

Very disappointing services I got to my appointment pretty late Your driver came 25 mins late It cost me even more as I had to cancel an Uber and bore cancellation fees in the process This was a similar experience I had with you guys on Wednesday 2 days before the above Really sad
