I ordered a cab yesterday evening for 09 00 this morning it arrived at 09 17 the reason I m searching for a reliable company is my mother s illnesses are getting worse so I ll need a company that can get her from A to B safely and on time because it s Wembley I always give a 10 minute grace period

I have taken Cheetah cars many

I have taken Cheetah cars many many times and they have always been efficient polite friendly even if sometimes a bit late at airport pick up but this time the driver was there before the requested time and nearly told me off for not being outside pick up point but at the time I still was in the queue for Border control go through passport control at machines Once he met me he walked 20 meters ahead of me did not even offer to take my suitcase they ALWAYS offer and do that and was really rude

Avoid if you want a car seat

I booked this company has they offered a car seat but when it arrived it was dirty and old and had no straps- completely unsafe I ended up having to hold my 5 month old as we had a train to catch

Cheetah cars can be unreliable They have a good website and booking system but are not consistent with notifications if they are going to be late - which does happen Usually ok

I had booked a 9 seater and specifically called to inform about my 7 pc large luggage and 4 Pullman s for 6 passengers the driver only kept 5 and we needed another cab and then even at the airport he was shrewd about waiting for payment to be paid didn t have the Apple pay option either I ve had a awful experience this morning and have used you always before

Poor experience related to the driver Bilal who made us wait 30 minutes despite assuring us that he would be waiting outside the airport when we come out This is more than just miscommunication Disappointed Had good experience with Cheetah Cabs drivers previously
