The driver was almost half an hour late otherwise he was very nice helpful man The company disappointed me when the driver left with one of my small bag So they call and said to bring back your bag you should pay 50 I refused but said I will give the driver 10 for his effort Non of such company do that And the policy was clear Still didn t get back my bag I can meet the driver any where if its easy for him Hope I will find help from this site Thank you

Was not happy that payment machine was not working having tried several times with app I had to find cash from my houseAsked driver not to use mobile phone while in slow traffic

Lost bag- no delivery No information Poor customer service including lies about attempted delivery of bag I flew on Saturday evening and I still don t have the lost bag

It was good that the driver waited for the passenger But 25 pounds extra for waiting about 1 hour is a bit much Considering he was there 15 mts earlier than booked

Yet again another drama with the car seat I always select the correct seat but the last time they arrived with no car seat this time he did not know how to use the car seat My husband had to spend 20 mins setting it up making up 20mins late When I ve complained before airport bee say we can t guarantee a car seat it s based on availability So I would strongly suggest if you 100 need a car seat then do not book with them I was dissatisfied with the response and my husband said to not use them again I only received 5 back for the price of the car seat also When actually they are unable to complete their side of the transaction so j should have at least got 1 2 price or full price as compensation I ve always used them but since having a child I will not be using them again

Driver was very friendly and patient turned up on time but the infant seat he came with was not fit for purpose and likely expired making it unsafe

On the last journey your link was not working which I was not told Unfortunately I left my wallet containing debit cards and cash at home in a hurry I only had a credit card I was put in an embarrassing position as the driver couldn t take a payment by card I had to borrow 15 00 from the garage owner and pay the VAT 3 00 on 15 00 I was not happy at all upset too

The company was communicative and the car was clean and baby seat in perfect working order The driver had a great understanding of installing the seat properly which is rare and appreciated hence three stars instead of 2 or 1 The experience itself was poor Our flight was delayed and we provided our flight number and updates to the booking company Other car transfer companies use this information to dispatch a car at an appropriate time relative to the delay That was not the case here The driver called me incessantly the second I landed saying he was already there He started the one hour waiting clock before we had even taxied to the gate for an international flight He called every 10-15 minutes from there asking for an update The airline lost our bags indeed the entire flight s bags and this was not clear until we had waited for them for over 30 minutes The entire time the driver kept calling asking what was going on and asking us to abandon our bags Eventually we had to do so which has resulted in huge delays in getting our bags back our friends who waited it out were able to get theirs already While leaving he demanded we pay for his extended parking fee even though he should not have come to the airport already and had no reason to drive all the way to the parking area instead of a waiting lot We paid it at which point he demanded another 30 pounds for his waiting time again even though he had our flight information and should not have come so early This type of behavior might be expected if we hired a single driver but we booked with an agency expecting they would handle dispatch appropriately He wanted to drive us to an ATM to get his cash which I refused Eventually he had us give our credit card information over the phone It was clear that a confrontation would ensue if we did not Overall the cars are clean but the service is poor and predatory I d advise looking elsewhere

Normally very good but this time I was waiting for the driver in terminal 5 for app 40 minutes The driver was polite and apologetic for the delay
