Took slow route to airport which would have made me late for my plane had to divert to Paddington no refund for shorter trip available

The driver was good and the ride was ok but the pickup time was not correct and the driver was 30 mins late For an airport pickup The driver did arrive at the time I booked through the website but the issue was I changed the pickup time through the online webchat The operator confirmed the new time and confirmed the booking was updated In the end the chat operator did not actually update the booking and we were caught is a difficult situation Beware

Great drivers Lady in the office didn t listen to my request properly to book a ride in 35mins So I kept getting calls with new drivers way before that time and had to keep communicating that It s too early Frustrating because I did say 35mins twice but that clearly wasn t noted

Already spoke with the company - I had to wait more than 20 min for the driver He didn t pick me up at the usual spot at Heathrow by costa coffee I had to walk to the car park generally was rather rude and kept arguing with me When I asked him to help me with my bags his response was I don t have to take your bags I m not paid for that Normally drivers help customers with luggage especially when they see one person managing with a few bags I had 2 suitcases and hand luggage Disappointing experience

The driver was friendly but the office called and ruined the entire experience I have looked at the website about the late charge before booking but couldn t find any so assume there wouldn t be one After a 14hours flight there was an announcement made at the airport that our baggage has delayed for an hour and so we had to wait for a long time to get our luggage I have also kindly let the driver and the company know about the delay as soon as I found out and still no one mentioned anything until 10mins before arriving to my destination I got a call from their office saying I have to pay the late fee which is 30mins for 10 and my luggage was delayed by an hour so that was an additional 20 Not sure why I was penalised by them when I was the victim The guy who called me was rude and unsympathetic If you have any policy around being late and etc you need to make it clear to the customers before the booking This is certainly unethical I wouldn t recommend it to anyone

Driving was pretty poor despite me asking him not to brake so erratically about 3x Was glad journey was over I use these guys a lot as they re generally reasonably priced but after a series of pretty poor journeys am thinking will switch

Driver on time so got to hospital on time I was surprised it was 12 for such a short distance 10 minutes

The driver turned up in time But in the wrong street My booking was very clear In slthis day and age that is ridiculous I caught my train but that was unduly stressful

The price was not as expected and the cab driver was not the one I requested and I was not given the reason why they didn t send the requested driver

Journey was great but driver was almost 25 minutes late which made me 15 minutes late for a client meeting
