A great London apartment

We booked a great London apartment for a fortnight in September The apartment was well equipped clean and comfortable The neighbourhood was quiet and charming The location was excellent Public transport shops and restaurants were all nearby The light but frequent noises of the garage door on the ground floor were the only negative point for us Team City Relay gave excellent service Response times were very short Tanja arranged a second set of keys within a day We d love to come back

Akim and the team are Fabulous

Akim and the team at City Relay were extremely responsive and provided wonderful service They made every attempt to make sure all went smoothly The property was clean and modern and had everything we needed for comfort including streaming servicesMuch to my kiddos delight Akim and the team get 5 stars from us - only downside was the significant leak in the 2nd bedroom that made it unusable for the last night We left the following morning but I m confident Akim would have addressed it immediately if we had needed

Akim and his team and Property a Good Experience

Akim and his team George Pieter and Melissa were very communicative and helpful The apartment was well located and a good size - though a few areas of housekeeping could do with a more detailed clean and maintenance Overall we were very happy with the whole process and experience and would certainly stay with a City Relay property again Thanks team

Perfect stay in London

Booked my stay in London through AirBnB Everything was perfect The apartment was amazingly located Fitzrovia clean and spacious Big thanks to Akim and the City Relay team I will be booking again

Rental flat at Parsons Green

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at the flat provided by City Relay The instructions from City Relay were very clear and they were very responsive to our questions The flat was in a great location- near to shops cafes coffee shops and the tube The flat appeared to have been recently refurbished everything was new clean and well designed The bathroom was particularly roomy for a small flat in London It is tucked away off the street and is quiet and private There is a courtyard with seating which would be a very pleasant spot to have meals during the summer months

I had a wonderful experience with City Relay The apartment was clean well maintained and had everything I needed for a short stay Communication was very easy - Melissa was quick to arrange a late checkout on short notice and Akim from the Customer Experience Team was very kind and ensured everything went smoothly Thoroughly recommend
