My positive feedback is for the great job made by Alyx Chapple acting as company secretariat for the building where I own an apartment Flamsteed Court London SE13 7QA Alyx is always available efficient client and solution oriented I wish other Remus colleagues were professional like her- on the contrary we had very negative experiences with the property managers of the building- last one we had was good Luke Ziarko but he just left and we were not told who replaced him

I had a problem re my carers and also my support group I made contact with Louise pond from Remus Helped me and disabled people in my block immensely and had everything sorted from me Totally professional in everything she done showed a caring side and kept me up to date with everything what was going on A credit to Remus and someone they should keep hold of as it s very rare you have someone like this

Hannah Wright has recently taken over as Assistant Property manager in Brighton for Bysshop Meadow in Henfield We haven t met yet but in the few months she has been in situ she has proved super responsive efficient and pro-active and provided the service we need on a demanding estate
