Efficient communication

Efficient ordering delivery and returns but unfortunately we ve not had our refund yet The bulbs were returned as didn t fit our lamp fitting even though the product numbers were identical though we ve had our lights a while

Good range of products but postage high for single items

Easy to find what I was looking for bit of a specialised product and shipped to me in a reasonable timeframe Only real criticism is the cost of shipping I really didn t need and therefore want to pay for DPD delivery for a single light switch when it could so easily have come through as a 2nd class small parcel at a fraction of the cost

Product and price excellent delivery delayed

Ordered 3 products relatively easy to find on site Price fine too Order process easy Delivery slower than promised- only delayed a few working days Would definitely use these folks again

Click4 Great Switches

I love using Click4Electrics They ve a huge range of modular switches and faceplates that are reasonably priced and they handle my orders very effectively My only issue this time was the speed of delivery which was a little slow but in Click4 s defence this probably wasn t their fault

Slight Delay but great service

I understand that not everything is in stock so accept the delay despite paying the 6 delivery Seems to be a common thing now with companies to send large boxes that are 20x the size of the product Was expecting mine to be posted through the letterbox as I work luckily it arrived on a weekend as the package was the size of half a shoe box for 2 small key fobs that would have fitted through the letterbox in a padded envelope
