Poor delivery time poor customer service you have to pay to send back returns even so they charge you for delivery

The company did great product was as ordered etc It was the delivery The day it was supposed to be delivered it never arrived they sent me a email saying they missed us l had a person in the all day waiting for the delivery Their records show it never left the depot so how did they miss us We were told it would come the next day which it did delivered to the wrong address and a photo showing delivery to a company that has not been there since the beginning of covid So how did he deliver it to a closed company it was just thrown on the floor and left Fortunately an honest person who works on the same floor saw the the parcel just laying and picked it up and took it to the correct address which was two doors down from the place it was tossed aside You need to get a new delivery company l am afraid because matter how good your service is which is is the delivery is the icing on the cake

Ordered sockets and switches and they were a completely different tone if gold in comparison to the images on the website It then cost me approximately 10 to return them I ve since ordered from another competitor when returns are free

Questionnaire before receipt of goods

Please do not send questionnaires before i even receive my order I cannot give a reasonable review until i the goods actually arrive with me As such for now 2 stars

Delivery by DPD poor

Delivery by DPD poor Wouldn t leave parcel in safe place as instructed No 2nd delivery had to drive to shop 4 miles away to collect Shop wasn t open at times stated on email received so had to go back another time during working day 16 miles in total and time out of working day

Radiator broken when taken out the box despite no damage to externalPackaging with the control panel broken unattached and rad not able to turn on Poor customer service when rung click 4 electrics bluntly being told to ring manufacture and sort it myself I was taken back and explained i felt that this was such bad customer service sadly no care was given I were asked to send an email with pictures of the damaged faulty item with NO reply to either After placing an order for over 1000 disappointing and slack aftercare on an faulty order Luckily the manufacturer was happy to help and had great manners Happy to follow protocol as stated above just the manor and lack of acknowledgement was disappointing

I mis-read the catalogue part numbers

I mis-read the catalogue part numbers and managed to order black nickel architraves without the switches so had to order them separately Also my fault you sent regular metal back boxes with the Deco architraves which don t fit so again i had to order the right ones seperately I would have thought someone at your end would realise i had ordered the wrong boxes and emailed me So it has cost me 3 lots if postage and an extra week to eventually get what i needed So while the product was good i think the service could have been better and in the future use an alternative product

Warranty

I contacted them via their website regarding a product that has failed that is still within warranty but they didn t respond More information following the reply I used the contact form on their website which is on the contact-us page The item I purchased in Feb is to replace the faulty one that was installed less than a year before that was also purchased from click4electrics Update 2 Thanks for following up The original order would have been towards the end of 2021 by my electrician - perhaps you could search using his name Dan Daniel Funk

Brass dimmer switch

The ordering service was easy and delivery was prompt However the product was faulty got hot and tripped the consumer board Was wired up correctly Reply to Ed Thank you for your reply which is appreciated It is very interesting your comment about compatibility as these particular lights have never worked properly since installed by a professional company 18 months ago as part of a larger upgrade of the electrics in our home The dimmer we ordered from you was the exact match of the one that they fitted which was because the push on off switch had stopped working altogether The new one from yourselves was wired up correctly but kept getting hot until it blew the electrics - the original dimmer did not get hot or do this only the on off button had failed and stopped working We have now decided to not have a dimmer and have ordered a new on off switch elsewhere

Considering I paid almost as much for

Considering I paid almost as much for postage as I did for the item itself delivery was very slow Unnecessary amount of packaging also
