Right Spec and prompt delivery

Full product details were given online in the spec for the product Important because had to replace the existing tower with one of same dimensions to fit hole in worktop Delivery as promised Easy to fit

Click4electrics all good Courier not so

Click4electrics have a good website and straightforward to purchase Quick dispatch and emails to confirm shipping Unfortunately delivery not straightforward with DPD Had email to say items would be delivered at a certain time on a certain day on an environmental friendly electric van But did not turn up Had email the following day saying items would arrive They did arrive but the delivery man was driving a marked taxi So an unusual way to deliver and an anxious wait to get my items Just glad i had not got the electrician waiting to fit the day before they actually arrived But everything i ordered came all ok So no problems with click4electrics just their choice of courier

I ordered the wrong model and I had a very helpful phone call with a member of their staff resulting in the correct item being despatched that same day It was very easy to return the unwanted item
