Minus the star they don t deserve it A complete waste of money this place You can t bloody discuss things with them that you should be able to Don t even bother about making a complaint because they don t like it aww what a pity The way that people eventually answer a phone is not very professional You don t get anything as a hello from most of them Why do they call themselves a mental health service when you have to hear more about having a bath and drinking tea and coffee don t these people know that too much tea and coffee is bad for you and leaves you dehydrated They know nothing That stupid music that you have to hear when you phone them oh Lord what a horrible noise to have to encounter can t they just answer the phone in a decent time Don t they have any idea about mental illness at all no is the answer to that Totally useless in a crisis they wouldn t know what to do first for anyone

It must be the biggest load of crap that I ve actually ever witnessed in my entire life Cntw have a you tube video and to be honest it made me sick to my stomach watching it They stand there going on about how they love the job and they always wanted to be in the job yet they stand and laugh at the same time while it all looks staged for the video to go on you tube Really how did they get away with such nonsense They said they help people in the community to keep them out of hospital until they are feeling better do them that work at cntw actually believe in their heads that people get better when people have day to day week to week month to month mental illness get real cntw people are continuing to suffer and struggle every day of their lives because this trust doesn t do anything to help that s the reason they like the job because they have nothing to do Flick through some nonsense notes that they splash anything they want on to about you they have endless cups of coffee and tea while either on a ward reading a newspaper or at a desk doing nothing but asking a name and dob wow that s riveting for them isn t it and then they still don t do anything That you tube video really what a complete load of nonsense especially when the two staff get into the car and say that they have to go that s another excuse from them to not actually do anything They said it was a short video so it tells anyone who does watch it that they don t have a lot to tell you about this boring mental health service that just tells people to watch tv or listen to music how the heck does that make someone feel better when they are still struggling with and suffering from mental illness of any kind Get real cntw and just help people If you keep people out of hospital as you say then why on earth is SGP always full and people waiting for a bed then Standing laughing on a video at cntw you should all be ashamed of yourselves Even one star is one too many for a service like this That you tube video is a disgrace for staff to be going on about helping people yet people are still unwell and lives are still ending

One Star is one too many it should be none They either dont want to talk to you about the issues you phone up about it they want to talk over you about irrelevant issues They have clear problems with the phone lines yet they dont do anything about it They dont introduce themselves as who they are and they cannot be bothered to speak with you in a correct manner They get paid to do what exactly The call handlers are supposed to be trained for a crisis as that is what it says on the website for this organization well they couldnt organise a pee up in a brewery They are not interested in helping you with the mental health you have and that is fact They will wait for the person to keep phoning them back just so some dozy half a sleep nurse can try to say something of help to you but its not helpful Useless zero Stars

Utterly incompetent to help people They just take a phonecall to talk the talk then they just decide to play pass the person from service to service The whole blinking lot of them are useless Are you phoning up about your mental health when you phone them well what the hell do they actually think anyone is phoning them for Them on the phones the call handlers what a pathetic bunch of people they are Why are they even employed They mumble they say that they can t hear you or anything they document complete rubbish that a caller hasn t even said they hang up on you they have no telephone skills or communication so yeah a proper bunch of people who have nothing to do This trust should be demolished brick by brick because all the staff say is what help do you want yet you don t receive any help They have a very easy job sat at a phone hanging up on people and documenting the incorrect documentation The hospital staff on the wards are not any different or any better as I found out when visiting someone back in the day when the visitors were in the ward and bedrooms the staff would stand and listen to what was being said between patients and visitors the nosey people who worked there going on like that So many staff yet nothing to do why can t they get their finger out and do the damn job they went in to More people need to leave reviews for others to see what is going on with that service

Disgusting attitude from nurse
I don t expect to be treated with tonnes of empathy or sympathy I know being a nurse must be very draining but bloody hell I didn t even feel as if the woman I spoke to saw me as a person I have BPD and I was having a severe episode where I felt close to either hurting myself or somebody else I had repeatedly been having panic attacks and this woman made me feel so much worse She was incredibly patronising and had an attitude with me for no reason when I was sobbing and desperate for help There was no need at all if this is how people are treated then I think the Northumberland Crisis Team is better shut down

Patients are just numbers
At the beginning of my mental health treatment back in 2010 I felt like I was treated as a human being when it came to my care I was listened to properly and was taken seriously however now everytime I am sent for an assessment I come out of it feeling like I m not taken seriously and that to them I m just a burden It s like they have just stopped caring They don t always listen to what you tell them i e I told them them I no longer wanted to be here and had stockpiled my medication and they didnt care whatsoever baring in mind I already have a history of taking overdoses and suicide running in my family yet this does not matter to them They tell you to contact crisis team if you need them but they no longer take me seriously either I ve no input for my eating disorder all I get is there are healthier ways to lose weight it s never been about my weight it s how i cope with stressful events but it s worrying that that was the go to for mental health professionals maybe reassessing their definition of eating disorders might help and infact I was even asked to do my own referralsAll I get told is that they don t want to see me back there again They reckon primary care will be able to deal with things though I don t think they d be able to deal with it if something was to actually happen and if asked in that situation all that would be said would be we will reassess our policies and look into what happened and where they could improve that will not save lives because lessons will never be learned and it will keep happening sadly this is why people reach out What good is a mental health team if they can t even be bothered to look after you It s really gone down hill and now the patients are just numbers there are so many failings because they just dont want to do the job

Liverpool Merseycare Crisis team Absolutely disgusting Since being intouch with them they have actively made my situatuon worse Im not sure where I even turn to now IF I UNALIVE MYSELF it could have been prevented But this crisis team make your situation worse They are responsible for the final push Dont trust these people They make it up as they go along And write their own notes to suit their own narraitive
