Quick shipping and good customer service

Coffee machine and grinder arrived quickly and well packaged Had a small issue with the grinder on arrival this was quickly addressed and they arranged for collection of the original grinder and sent a replacement

Here is my honest review My partner and i have been using this machine for a week now and we absolutely adore it As someone who s worked with coffee for 5 years moving on to an office job broke my coffee-loving heart We finally fulfilled my 6 year dream of owning a proper machine and it did not disappoint There are a few bits and bobs that i think maybe would improve he machine the espresso runs way to quickly to pull a slow nice cup regardless of amount and tamping power The steamer is also quite violent when it first starts up so sometimes milk goes everywhere Other than these two points it is a very comfortable machine to use and as my partner has no previous experience with coffee he still learnt it properly in about a week The delivery was also quick within 5 days in the UK and the packaging was secure

Fast delievery and nice service

We bought an espresso machine late 2020 and it was delievered with no delay and ready to plugin Here well over a year later the machine suddently stopped working just after New Year s so I contacted customer service After a few days of calling customer service without any one picking up or replying to my e-mail I finally chose to contact sales instead The kind guy answering told me that a lot of people were on holiday but he made sure to quickly reply to my e-mail and helped me with guidance on how to fix the machine myself Now my espresso machine is brewing again and I can only recommend the company - as long as you don t expect fast service around the holidays But overall I am a very happy customer

All s Well

Received my Gaggia espresso machine today all in perfect condition It took 10 days but not bad in these strange days Customer service not perfect but again maybe they are working from home All is well that ends well it is a beautiful thing

Great coffee at an affordable price

I would like to say how pleased we are with our new La Pavoni Gran Pressurizzato GCPM It makes great coffee as you would expect although it took a little while to master and the instructions could have been a little clearer As we live in a hard-water area we would recommend use of bottled water The package arrived promptly and in perfect condition with a UK adapter plug included We were also very pleased to find that all taxes were included in the price and we were not required to pay customs duties or additional VAT On the strength of our satisfaction with the machine we have now purchased the matching grinder Overall I would give Caffe Italia a score of four and a half stars out of five

I ordered a dream T

I ordered a dream T when it arrived it had an overfilling issue I contacted caffe direct and I must admit their service was a bit patchy at first However it s 2 weeks since the machine arrived and an excellent engineer has just left having repaired it So in summary they were the cheapest the machine is what I wanted and they did resolve the issue So overall they did pretty well they just need to improve that first contact customer experience

No clarity on shipment or an ETA for delivery

I have made the order on the 25th March and I still have not got a tracking number All email comms confirmed the item was shipped but I still have not received the item nor the tracking number to see where the item is Tried to ring and left a message as lines were busy Update 12th April - received the machine in perfect condition boxes were sealed and properly packaged with extra padding as well as being secured on a small pallet as there was both the coffee machine and the grinder in the same box

Ceado E37

Ceado E37Ordered from UK site but live in Australia Good communication and arrived quickly Unfortunately received the more expensive E37SD rather than the requested E37S I notified them of issue and it was sorted in a few hours I decided to keep the SD for a small additional payment sig below retail cost They were happy to work at best outcome for both parties so very pleased with how this was handled The grinder works perfectly

Overall

Overall a good experience Matteo provided regular updates and was good to deal with as part of the order Overall the merchant probably needs to be a little clearer as to the fact that machines are not AU market machines but imported in my case from Italy The time from order to delivery was about 3 weeks even though the item was showing as in stock At the end of the day this shop is able to provide certain coffee machines at much lower prices than the AU retailers and the experience was well worth it as it is all legit and genuine I would recommend it provided you can wait a few weeks for your dream coffee machine
