Appalling Customer Service

Customer Service from Coffee Italia is appalling My machine was faulty on delivery and 5 weeks later I still dont have a replacement They expected me to fix the problem the Call Centre provide updates or information the manager refuses to call you only get occasional email updates No apology or attention to the issue its as if they dont care about me as the customer We all expect very good customer experience these days but this just isnt good enough

I would leave zero stars if I could The level of customer service has been awful Long story short I bough an espresso machine at the end of December 2022 I used it a handful of time and 6 weeks later it broke These things happen no one s fault however to access my warranty I had to pay 120 to courier the machine to London I also foolishly paid 70 for an extra year Had I lived in London this would have been free the engineers would come to me to fix access the situation The machine arrived back in London on the 7 03 and as of yet after multiple emails I m still clueless as to what s going on I m now nearly 2000 down and don t have a coffee machine In answer to your response Feel like I m being trolled The form of communication I ve been using is the email link on your website to which I ve had responses from int he past and the phone number published your website This company is a joke

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service after countless emails and telephone calls I still haven t received my coffee machine and grinder or had acknowledgement of payment received Barbara has asked me to be kind and patient As this was a well planned birthday present costing over 800 I am feeling anything but patient with this company now I would appreciate a call from customer service to explain delay in dispatch and give me an expected delivery date

Don t buy from coffeeitalia ie

I bought a gaggia classic pro from coffeeitalia ie back in October I received a damaged machine that i tried to return Matteo at coffeeitalia ie persuaded me to keep the broken machine for 50eur saying it was an easy fix He didn t provide return labels and persuaded me to keep it whilst also sending a new machine advising where to get parts Sounded ok until I received a second broken machine which I tried to return This week coffeeitalia ie asked for both damaged machines back citing safety concerns which I said I could do provided that they took and paid for the parts I had ordered They refused and now I am stuck with two damaged machines with safety concerns I called Matteo but he hung up the phone I really would not recommend using coffeeitalia I have also talked to other coffee machine suppliers who have mentioned hearing of coffeeitalia ie reputation

AVOID

AVOID 1 month later and I am still waiting for my order despite paying nearly 60 delivery fee Awful customer service I have been told it will be dispatched at the end of each week for 3 weeks running to now be told it will be dispatched by the end off the month

CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT EXIST TO THIS COMPANY WE RETURNED OUR USELESS COFFEE MACHINE IN MARCH HAVE CALLED WEEKLY FOR UPDATE ON REPAIR NO JOY WE ARE 500 DOWN AND STILL WAITING Returned a Phillips Bean to cup coffee machine which had stopped working purchased new end of August 2020 It was returned to Coffeeitalia at the cost to us of 30- 00 1st March this year as per instructions from them have phoned their customer service no human or call back WE STILL HAVE NO COFFEE MACHINE OR CONTACT FROM THEM Would not give them any stars to be honest Wouldn t buy from them EVER AGAIN

Not trustworthy

I have read a few negative reviews and I was skeptical at the beginning I decided thought to order a coffee machine and a grinder After waiting for too long to get my order when I received the package I opened and identified that the coffee machine had some defect I contacted Marco from the coffeeitalia and he promised to sort out everything and offered a voucher as a good gesture So far so good After 2 months I still have not receive neither the voucher or any response about the defect ignoring my emails Overall there is a good reason why these products are on the low range of the prices compare to their competitors knowing that now I would have chosen to pay a slightly premium for a better product and service

Terrible customer service

I ordered a coffee grinder and it s taken over 2 weeks to arrive I can see from the FedEx info that they didn t send it until a week after I ordered it I ve emailed them 3 times to ask for updates and no one has replied Now it s 2 days after the FedEx delivery date because it s stuck in transit and I ve emailed coffee Italia to ask for an update and no one has replied

Poor after service

A dissapointing experience Initially good delivery but after service severly lacking as they ve just stopped communicating My advice is to buy from a dealer in your own country UK in my case as Caffe Italia have little interest in resolving issues My experience says avoid

Appalling customer service

Do not deal with this company they lie as soon as they answer the phone you will deal with their Italian customer service Told coffee machine in stock in the UK Comes with a UK plug delivery 3-4 days No sign after 4 business days told still in warehouse no one returns your call when asked to eventually arrived 2 weeks after order was placed with a euro to UK plug adaptor Still awaiting reply to emails and calls placed after 3 weeks Disgraceful customer service I would give a 0 star review but not an option Avoid at all cost
