Bought a bean to cup machine off of Caffe Italia 2 1 2 years ago Developed a small fault and I was envisaging paying out lots of money as it was out of warranty Contacted Matteo at Caffe Italia who replied within hours of my enquiry and gave me their service agent s details Rang them up described the fault and instead of sending the machine back the lady on the end of the phone guided me through a simple reset procedure not in the manual and - problem gone Would use Caffe Italia again for support should another problem develop
