Damaged Digital Radio Comet Electrical Customer Services
I ordered a digital radio from Comet Electricals Limited which unfortunately arrived damaged I e-mailed Customer Services on Tuesday 9th July in the evening I followed up with a phone call first thing in the morning on 10th July I was immediately able to speak to Kerry in Customer Services who had replied to my e-mail a few minutes earlier She had to liaise with another department and I needed to provide a photograph but I received an e-mail from her on 11th of July to say she had ordered a new radio for me Although it was disappointing to receive the damaged radio I was very impressed that I could speak to someone so quickly and with how efficiently Kerry dealt with the matter
