The purchase I made through Complete Aquatics eventually went through OK Initially the items were out of stock but was told they would be sent to me as soon as they arrived to them I hadn t heard from C A for over a week not even a progress update As I had paid upfront I then rang C A and spoke to Customer Services They were very helpful and said they had emailed me after confirming I hadn t received anything the Cust Serv member suggested I look in my computer s Junk folder Lo and behold there it was an email informing me of my delivery s progress This had been my first online purchase from C A so the security measures I ve got on my computer didn t recognise their contact The goods were delivered all correct and undamaged a couple of days later Good result

Great product easy to set up product came well packaged however the feeding lid had a small corner chipped on opening Yet to fill water and test the filter pump and heater

There was a problem with an out of date product that was sent to me When I informed them they dealt with it Straight away and replaced it with a larger bottle I have dealt with the Company for a while now and have always had top class service

We had a small glitch in communication but it was quickly sorted and had a call from them to advise on the delay so service was very good and product arrived swiftly

Received a crushed partially open parcel missing many of the items I ordered I cant contact the company as my emails are being rejected as spam and they don t seem to have a phone number Complete Aquatics have replaced the missing items which arrived yesterday and were well packaged I have updated the experience rating

The only reason I ve rated 4 5 and not 5 is because you can not contact the company by phone I can understand that companies can be busy but the service would be much better service if you can contact them over the phone other than that everything was great

Product received was after best before date but used anyway Fritzzyme 9 Not sure if should have been a fine suspension as arrived as a clumped suspension which I couldn t get to break up fully

Everything arrived in one piece However having paid a lot extra for a Saturday delivery they attempted to deliver on Friday and then Monday I managed to get it dropped off at the DPD drop off shop in the end but having paid the extra it was a bit disappointing Especially as they never replied to my email
