I ordered my fish tank and supplies last Wednesday with a order of 175 I got no next day delivery As you say orders over 50 A order arrived Saturday but no fish tank I have just take time of work as DPD said they will diliver between 12 and 1 And turned up with no fish tank on board So I can t return to work as they are now hoping to deliver between 14 30 and 15 30 I am not a happy customer And will not be using your company again I would advise to change you courier

very poor delivery service
delivery took 5 days when it should be 1-2 days also walkers insight did not keep me informed about the delivery on one occasion the operator hung up on me it seemed at the time that walkers were not being truthful with me subseqent events proved me to be right the delivery was a day later than they said it would be A pallet delivery was not appropriate for this delivery Another company delivered a much bigger fish tank TO MY DOOR WITHOUT A PALLET this made things much easier for me

My order did not arrive I wanted to take it with me to Australia as my son had asked for certain plugs for his tank it was guaranteed next day delivery but waited 5days with no luck Very disappointed as I could have ordered it elsewhere

I paid extra to have my order delivered on a Saturday but it failed to arrive until Monday Contacted the sales team but I have had no reply with an explanation for the Delay I needed the items for the weekend so had to purchase items from high st retailer due to the failed delivery Very poor service from Complete Aquatics
