I ordered a habitat viv that got delievered very quick but unfortunately of the door glass Panels was cracked so emailed I complete aquatics and a very helpful and efficient staff memeber Chris supported me and got me a new glass door within days even though they didn t have stock of it Just wanted say thank you to Chris and his big help

Impressive - highly recommended

Buying anything online can be difficult to trust and turn into a potential nightmare I am very happy to report hat that is not the situation with this company I ordered a new filter and they despatched the item in good time it arrived in good time but due to an issue not of Complete Aquatics making I had to contact them The issue was sorted out without any fuss and very quickly too I have no hesitation in recommending Complete Aquatics to anyone and will be using their portal again in the future Finding an online company you can trust is worth your loyalty and they have mine
