Accepts orders for items not in stock

Accepted an online order for a fish tank that they didn t even have in stock and then took 3 days to let me know they didn t have it and that s only because I prompted them 2 stars because they did refund immediately upon request but really A Site shouldn t accept orders for stock they don t have and B if there is a problem they should let customer know straight away

Item was very late

Item was not delivered in timeslot despite it being about 4 days from when i ordered I wrote to ask supplier where the item is and got no response Several days later was going to call and ask for my money back but item then arrived Lesson - 1 advertise right delivery period or put appropriate guidance if it could be late 2 if unexpectedly delayed update customer 3 ALWAYS respond to customer queries in a timely fashion I will buy elsewhere in future

I ordered a cabinet for a roma 125 dark brown The package was beaten and torn and barely holding together Nothing was protecting contents inside so was chipped and shabby n dirty Building instructions were screwed up Wont buy from there again

Parcel force never delivered

Item was to be delivered by Parcelforce On a specific day no one turned up to then receive text saying we tried to deliver and I waited in all day which they never did I couldn t wait for next delivery as i work item still with parcelforce until complete aquatics changes there courier I won t be buying from them why can t you use DPD never have an issue

Ordered some seiryu stone and corbo wood arrived nothing like the imgage I know it is meant to be different and random but it was like it was a differnt wood also the stones were just poor genuinly nothing like the photo very flat

The item weighing 23kg was put into a

The item weighing 23kg was put into a box that was far too big and not strong enough for the contents 1 this caused a complete nightmare for couriers attempting to handle this package with it s extremely heavy continuously moving contents By the time it was delivered the box was torn the top of the bucket was broken the bottom of the bucket was hanging off it s extremely lucky that the salt bag was still intacked and not leaking I had to throw the bucket and locate a replacement bucket for storing the salt Unfortunately due to the very unprofessional actions of the parcel packer I will not be ordering any more salt from Complete Aquatics
