I was running low on some fish food Instead of having to navigate through the website I could easily go to my account and view my previous orders from there I found the product I needed and ordered it again Had email confirmation of my order and then another to say it had been dispatched Arrived within a couple of days and packed very well

I purchased a new fish tank from Complete Aquatics but unfortunately when it arrived there was a crack in the glass The package was packed really well I think some of the filter stones came loose inside the tank while in transit and caused the damage probably the manufacturers fault and not Complete Aquatics But what really impressed me was how this company dealt with the problem They were very apologetic and offered me a refund straight away Think i was just unlucky on this occasion and I would have no hesitation using this company again or recommending them
