An excellent service in every regard

Ordered a RowErg from Argos which was sent directly from Concept2 Quick delivery and great service comms from both Concept2 and their courier ArrowXL Needless to say absolutely delighted with the product - the finest piece of cardio equipment you can buy

Excellent product and customer support

I have owned my Concept 2 rower from new for about 12 years now It is great exercise machine and in my view the best you can buy I recently had a problem with the monitor but this was quickly and efficiently dealt with by their customer care department It was so refreshing to deal with a company with such excellent support All the staff are very friendly and eager to help Monique was particularly knowledgeable and helpful

Amazing service from start to finish

I m just about to embark upon a one million metre rowing challenge for charity in memory of my late father the final 2000 metres being rowed on the pitch at Rodney Parade thank you Dragons RFC in October 2023 Unfortunately my PM4 monitor has given up the ghost and Concept2 rapidly sorted me out with a replacement PM5 plus sent me a Concept2 rowing cap which is fabulous quality Amazing customer service I m all set up including using the Concept2 ErgData app and all ready to go Thank you Concept2

Brilliant customer service support

Fabulous company - they helped us with use of their Ergo s for a charity event at our Company - Jonny at Concept 2 was super helpful and helped us along the way All the machines were in perfect condition and very easy to set up

Great kit and great service

This is the second time I have had impeccable customer support from this company and in particular from Jonny The first time was to sort out a PM5 monitor I was unable to update the firmware onto and this time he not only worked out which bolts I would need to purchase Concept2 actually supplied the items free of charge and now the SkiErg is usable again Thank you so much
