Great experience with robin

Great experience with robin who seemed to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the process and any for coming work He seemed very friendly and caring and kept ringing till I finally had my phone of silent and see the call I feel confident that if anything goes wrong I will call robin who will sort it all on my behalf

Shelley was my contact for my area and she has been most helpful and sorted all the necessary paperwork for me I am now waiting for the assessor to come out and see can my combi boiler be fitted an update will be put on here if and when it can be done

Thank you Consumer Rights

I received a letter from Consumer Rights regarding my EPC which indicated that my home was not very energy efficient and could be improved I gave them a call and spoke to Megan who was extremely helpful and gave me lots of good advice She was not pushy or trying to sell me anything She just gave me the information and asked me to think about it I filled out a few simple forms and yesterday and assessor called at my home and told me I would benefit from an Air Source Heat pump and Solar Panels I would not have even considered these improvements without the good advice I received from Megan So thank you Megan I am looking forward to a warm home and cheaper bills

I contacted Consumer Rights over Home insulation and spoke to a young lady called Amy Roberts who was very helpful in sorting through the paperwork and organising for a company to complete a survey If I have any issues or don t understand some thing I can contact her anytime which is a great help ThanksAmy
