The cord provides a direct way to communicate to the hiring manager

The cord provides a direct communication with the hiring manager and we can talk to them and arrange for an interview It really great But some recruiters does not reply on this platform But overall to find a job its really great

Nice Portal

It is a nice portal to contact the recruiter recruitee directly and discuss the details they are looking for I was reached by the multiple recuriters for their openings Though things didnt go well at the interview side I would still support this portal which helps to have better discussions with the recruiters

It s one of the best experiences I had with an online platform for job search It s easy to filter the lists of jobs although I would like a not operator to exclude tech companies whatever

Great website but please append the company size bands to have a band which is between the current 11-50 and 51-200 bands 35-75 people could very well represent a scale-up but having both 11-50 and 51-200 selected becomes too wide Great website otherwise

Cord in general is a great service but

Cord in general is a great service but the UX flows could be improvedPros - I love Cord and got a job through it and love getting messages from companies directly- Got a job through it they even proposed to offer me a cool hoodieCons - The website s UX is weird at times Multiple flows are unintuitive and could be improved I m saying this as a frontend developer and UI designer myself and have thoughts on how to improve

Highly recommend

Cord was very nicely designed and easy to use when completing a profile and highlighting your experience and goals for next role The status which indicates how responsive a user or recruiter is was a nice touch and i believe it keeps people actively responding With this i found scheduling interviews and getting headhunted far better than many other platforms My only criticism is that on some occasions the home page did not show me roles that were right for me even though it is specified and was not frequently updating

Great and easy to use

One of the best platforms to start a conversation with a company No lengthy applications or cover letters etc Just send a message and see whether they are interested before you or the employer can decide to go ahead That is a huge time and energy saver I really like that they have a responsiveness rate - that way I can choose whether to engage with an employer that largely ignores new applicants or just go with 100 where I ll definitely get the best response rate I d say their algorithm for suggestions is not the best hence it not being 5 stars but then wouldn t say it s worse than other platforms like LinkedIn or indeed

good recruitment platform

This a quite good recruitment platform unfortunately I didn t get any jobs just yet through it but had some conversations started It does have some bugs I recently updated my profile with the latest employer but for some reason it s only visible for me

Great place to meet recruiters

It s a good opportunity to send a message to the recruiter and hear back most of the time However there are many messages that have been ignored It will be a great platform if all the messages are addressed In the UI if we open a job and go back the screen goes to the top instead of where we left it Sometimes it s difficult to go back when we ve navigated a bit long Most likely many users could have faced this issue

Cord is really simple to use and it s really good to chat with the recruiters instantly The main benefit I can see is the job description shows visa is available or not I found this very useful and stop submitting as I need One thing to improve is search I don t find search is easy and the recommendations could be improved But overall I love cord
