I am awaiting an email from Cove complaints department I have asked for the contact details of your CEO which haven t been forthcoming I have been writing back and forth to various people to try to obtain a refund for a short stay at Drimsynie Hotel in Scotland in April of this year My latest email had been addressed to the complaints team uk on 22nd May 2024 to which I have received no reply to date I have written to them 3 times now All such very poor service from the top down it would seem

Will never be back Cabins are really poorly maintained we had issues with the doors locking family members inside whatever room they were in the shower doors are hanging off the rails the hot tub was like a foam party they did try and give us a free meal but we had already purchased all food required so was abit pointless Isn t worth the money in my opinion

Missing Games Console
We had a great time at Solway Holiday Park with our 3 children over the May Bank Holiday Weekend and would ve left a 4 or 5 star rating But when we checked out and locked the Chalet we forgot to pack our Son s Nintendo Switch which we left plugged in the Living Room When we contacted the Park to inform them of this the Receptionist said nothing had been found That games console didn t walk out of there on its own and the Member of staff we spoke to couldn t care less So the mystery continues We ve emailed and phoned the Park a number of times but have got no where Customer Service is nonexistent We were going to book again for later in the year but will go elsewhere

Worst campsite ever and company ever
Worst campsite ever arrived Friday 23rd aug after a booking for electric pitch to be told after 3 hour drive with a 4 year old got no pitches as the place has been flooded ALL WEEK and we ve told people not to come but not you as we didn t have you number they DID have my number and email as I checked and had also been emailing them about booking activities I was told there s no pitch stuck you tent under that tree It was not a pitch and it had no electric port there was also no electric on site that night and no running water in toilets we had to leave as it was unsafe filthy and flooded my 4 year old had a serious fall as it was so flooded and dangerous on the grass Since then they refuse to answer emails or calls about a refund for a service I paid for and they did not offer solway and cove as a company are disgracull 61 horrendous reviews in here They have took my money and refused to give it back

Awful place to stay would never go
Awful place to stay would never go back Security were a bunch of angry yobs all bar one who was a lovely man my plug was sparking in my caravan which even the electrician said was very dangerous and could of caused serious harm to my children The single beds were like prison beds as my son called them just an utter joke from start to finish After spending over 500 for a caravan and hundreds on activities I am very disappointed Would not recommend to anyone

I have been attempting since the 4th of january to leave the park i do not get an up to date statement i have emailed staff and their line managers and their line managers with little or no response I have been sent other peoples personal and financial information in error have organised a collection to be told its not possible what can i do now do not buy a caravan here it will be a huge mistake

We booked a good caravan with booking com for seal bay site when we arrived there no facility to authorise my bank card receptionist was not very helpful fortunately my sons card was accepted We found the steps to caravan not very safe or very stable but my big problem was we booked gold which it wasn t when I questioned this was told we were in silver not in the slightest interested when I contacted customer services and told to get in touch with booking com after going through your online brochure my caravan looked a lot like a bronze caravan

Avoid Used to love our camping trips here but not since recent management take over Camping site was a noisy building site with glamping pods being built which ruined our whole experience I emailed to complain about it still awaiting a full response EDIT Email reply received dismissed my complaint totally and told me it was too late to do anything about it Shocking customer service

We arrived at seal bay on monday 29th july and its now wednesday 31st july and we are back home The accomadation was good but we were appalled at the lack of evening entertainment for the kids My granddaughter cried both nights as there wasn t much going on I know you are no longer bunn leisure but they were great for their entertainment and now its the same in both main clubs so not really an option to go to the other club Also queuing to get into the swimming pool was ridiculous so much waiting around before you can get in and kids dont like the long wait All in all very disappointed after spending over 800 for this holiday We have been coming here for years but this was definately the last time

My holiday has been cancelled a second time at Medmerry Tried to book alternatives with the team there but there not on the ball and the alternatives have now gone This was supposed to be my third holiday with cove this year Asked for deposit back and will go elsewhere in the hope of finding something nice not just what s left Disappointed
