My initial box didn t not get shipped for some reason I reached out to customer service and they were able to expedite the box I appreciate the reps ability to take ownership and provide a solution

My husband saw an ad for Crate Club maybe on Facebook and tagged me in I immediately purchased a subscription as a Christmas gift His first package was crazy good The subsequent packages were awesome but not nearly as exciting as the first Each package has something he can use on a daily basis as well as products that are specialized He still gets super excited when I let him know there is a package on the way I have contacted Customer Service a few times couldn t as for a better group of people Keep up the good work

Great quality products in your online store just need some colour night vision And obviously be able to ship to South Africa The Operator that helped me with all my requests was very polite and professional should anything change regarding the shipping methods please notify me Raymond Moller

Crate Club Great Gift

Crate Club is a great idea and was a fun gift for a friend I would say I was not quite overwhelmed by the value that he got in the crate but again I was using one of the more budget-friendly options 100 ish dollar range There was one pretty useful item flint ceramic sharpener combo thing one fun item frog fishing spear end and a bit of odds and ends little things bags bottle opener necklace ect overal a fun subscription if you can afford it

Solid quality gear no cheap stuff

I like the things I receive in my Crate They are things that I might not normally think to buy for myself The quality of those items is also very good no cheap gear So good job on that front Consider adding some books or manuals about prepping shooting survival camping tracking hunting ect Maybe some coupons as a bonus

The quality of the majority of the items are OUTSTANDING but a certain percentage of the items just seem to be filler items Functional but cheap
