The associate whom I talked to was Cherry I am not very good on computers and at 85 all is not really clear to me I have a problem and Cherry patiently walked me through the process of resolving the problem She was respectful understanding and has a great personality I don t know if the problem is resoled but I know that it will be Cherry will get back to me on e-mail
