I ordered my crate at least three weeks ago hoping to get it in time for my boyfriend s birthday this weekend Shipping has taken longer than the FAQs said it would and I have had to chat in at least three times for updates since it has said that it s been unshipped all this time Finally found out it s about to ship but I am disappointed in how long it s taken and how have to keep asking for updates The support team has been really great in getting back to me being helpful and answering all my questions Still not sure on the product quality and kind of disappointed in the time shipping takes but the support team almost makes up for it with their service We ll see if my review goes up when I finally get my crateUpdate Finally got my package four weeks after I ordered it late for my boyfriend s birthday Package was smaller than I expected and I was absolutely livid to find only three small items in the package It contained a fishing spear head actual kind of cool and good quality a tiny flashlight the size you buy for 2 at the store and a camouflage bag about the size of a flat pencil case When I ordered the crate the package I picked shows a crate with at least ten items and advertises that it s packed with solid value I did not feel like this package was packed or had solid value with the fishing spear head being the only thing I found valuable or exciting Definitely not planning on getting this again Not worth the price though my boyfriend said the spear head was kind of cool Took my stars from 3 down to 2 because customer service was good and products were okay but not at all worth the price experience disappointment or hassle I ve done a lot of these subscription boxes especially for gifts and this was by far the worst and only one I would never use again I am excessively disappointed

I want to start by saying the customer service has been very good and responsive It is the actual Crate Club that has left me very disappointed I have the Premium Crate as well as the Operator Crate - the Premium description is of a service that provides exclusive and hard to find items - well that is only if you do not live near a Walmart or have Amazon because nothing they have sent has been exclusive or hard to find And if the added benefit is having experts put these together - well they must play a lot of cards as I have received playing cards a couple of times now I got both operator and premium because premium was exclusive and hard to find but really I just receive the same things twice A bottle opener Really that should be thrown in as a freebie and a TV channel that supposedly cost 100 Man what does HBO cost Anyway it is not worth the money - not even for the surprise factor of just getting a box monthly Save money and just get items yourself - you ll get what you want and be happier Very disappointed customer with two prepaid year subscriptions that they do not want to cancel and refund

Customer Service was great Ivy was wonderful to deal with Pricing is super over priced for what you get Was VERY disappointed

Not worth it I ordered from Crate Club 35 tax and shipping got me a small pouch for God knows what no description of product or even an idea of what it is and a bottle opener Not worth it

Spoke with Sam P this morning regarding my last to shipments and wanted to cancel but he was very understanding and worked with me to give you guys another chance Thanks Sam P for helping me - I truly appreciate all your help

I will change this if there is a reason to I just wanted to state that my first crate was a bottle opener I have 50 in my house and you can open a bottle on ANYTHING if you aren t a zombie The second item was some kind of arm strap or leg strap It would maybe hold one pistol magazine Not even wide enough to hold a pack of smokes I guess it could make a knife available Total worth of items around 12 I get that they need to make money but so far I got nothing useful I will update this as I get new crates as I got a 6 month supply for my birthday I really hope you guys pull through Good luck everyone

Signed up for a year subscription in the description at that time they said crates ship on the 15th most times not shipped until the 20th or later and while some is cool a lot seems cheap Then suddenly didn t get August crate given run around and told it was because they changed shipping and that September s crate would contain both months well it s the 26th and still have not received a tracking number or notification it has been shipped When asked why given same excuse and that they re still trying to get it sorted out and that I will know when it s on it s way when I get the tracking number

DO NOT PRE PAY Bought both the operator monthly and the premium quarterly Was told that they would not have the same items The first premium box was good fair value The next 2 boxes of the monthly were duplicate items of the premium and mostly coupons for different items Contacted the company to cancel both my subscriptions and they advised they could not because they had already bought for all my crates for a year Moving forward with legal Acton for a refund Other then a few items in the premium box the rest is sub par items

I have received two Premium crate boxes so far and admittedly have been very underwhelmed by the type of items received ballcap decal sticker pouches pocket knife water filtration tube leather pocket change tray unlike the items depicted in their Facebook videos tactical medical aid bag back pack binoculars rifle scope etc However kudos to Ivy C of customer service who was extremely responsive and promised me that future shipments would not disappoint Am keeping my fingers crossed

I was slightly disappointed for months receiving cheap Crate Club brand garbage Then I got the one with the sub for some stupid website that supposedly costs 100 Give me a break talk about lining their pockets I had a few coworkers interested in joining and then told them about that little trick They are not subbing and I finally cancelled mine Worst money I ever spent
