I started my journey for egg freezing

I started my journey for egg freezing in 2022 it has been roller coaster journey to say the least but a huge thank you to all the nurses and coordinators who took care of me the best they could I did three cycles so it has been physically mentally taxing having a good clinic and supportive people has made it a lot more bearable I was kept up to date with everything and things went smoothly as possible Thank you to stacey who did blood works for me and those mornings she kept me smiling My coordinator Shabana who was just amazing on my telephone check ins and emails whenever i needed her and to all the doctors who did the egg collection for the three occasions

I have a complaint and waiting for the Patient Coordinator manager to call me back Let s see how long it will take The patient coordinator made the same mistake 3 times -The above message was from Tuesday It is now Friday - 3 days later Still waiting I ve updated my review because when I finally did hear from Create they were able to sort my problem out

Lovely staff

Lovely staff we chose the clinic for its low stimulation approach and it worked for us eventually We are over the moon and feel very lucky 4 stars because communication ability to get through could be better but would definitely recommend the clinic

The medical staff were brilliant

The medical staff were brilliant - really responsive to my needs We had a bad experience in another clinic so we re apprehensive We welcomed our son to the world a few weeks ago and he is everything we could have wanted The only negative was that there needs to be more admin support our patient co-ordinator seemed to have a lot on so we did a fair amount of chasing She was lovely just seemed to have a big workload We were also given different info by different people at times we kept our own written records because of this which ended up being quite a lot of work On balance however the overall experience was good and I d definitely recommend Create Manchester - thank you

Excellent Care

I really wanted to write this review as I was really impressed with the care I received today in particular in my journey so far It s been a rollercoaster of a week I finally got to egg collection day and I just have to say the nurses and the Doctors that looked after me today were amazing In particular Dr Vikram Anesthetist the Doctor who collected 2 eggs for me even though one of my ovaries was in totally the wrong place thank you so much I am so grateful I m sorry I don t remember her name she was lovely Lastly the nurses especially the two nurses both named Sabrina they were so caring explained everything to me along the way Thank you for looking after me so well

We will be forever grateful to Create Leeds Our precious girl Myla was born on 17th December 2023 an early Christmas present for us We were lucky enough that our treatment worked on the first cycle I still cant quite believe it and pinch myself every time I look at our daughter I have knocked one star off the ratings purely down to the fact that I had problems with my patient care coordinator she was awful We stuck with Create as we really liked our Doctor I was considering going else where initially However once we started our treatment at Leeds the Nurses Doctors Embryologists were amazing and we are so happy we stayed with Create Thank you so much Jess and Jason

Would recommend

Amazing service nurses are so nice everyone you meet in person is brilliant professional explains very well and is so attentive Only 1 reason why I did not put the maximum stars the admin a bit slow to respond and not always accurate when it comes to making sure things happen on track and on time Patient need to keep on top of it and can t fully rely on patient coordinato May be due to the fact that they are over worked

Consultant amazing and a credit to their team

My consultant was amazing from start to finish She was so supportive understood me and took time to get to know my partner and myself during the treatment She is a credit to the team Her name was Dr Kabiri Inital contact was poor from the admin team and they caused a lot of problems for me unfortunately and their communication and contact weren t the best I found myself chasing them alot This was rectified during treatment and significantly improved

We re very happy with ABC IVF overall

We re very happy with ABC IVF All the clinicians and people we met were lovely especially Becca and Deidre It s an emotional process and they were mindful of that The reason for not giving 5 stars is the admin side of things We often had to chase replies appoints were not always in our local clinic one of the reasons we chose them and lack of clarity around some of the pricing and policy This being said we would be happy to use them again

Great Clinic comms not so much

The clinical and admin team in the Raynes Park centre are great They make what is always going to be a difficult process much easier The only negative comes with the comms Any communication between you and your clinic has to go through a call centre This can lead to a process of phone tag which is quite distressing when you re waiting for news or have a pressing question
