Arrived in one piece after sea freight NZ West Australia

The furniture arrived in one piece after sea freight from Dunedin NZ to Perth Western Australia in a sea container Even the large mirror I was amazed The only suggestion that I would have is for your team of packers Whilst the furniture that I had moved is old and needs complete refurbishment I would not recommend taping packing materials to the actual surface of the furniture with masking tape The masking tape has marked the furniture I reiterate that it does not matter in this instance as the furniture in question needs to be completely refurbished Going forward however I would not recommend this practice as it would damage someone s furniture and may cause some grief Thank you so much for your service and successful delivery Kind regards Shelley Bojesen

Our move involved quite a complicated process The relocation teams both at the place of origin and at the place of destination went out of their way in guiding us through every step From packing to all the paperwork and customs clearance everything was done extremely efficiently We highly recommend Crown Relocations

The move had issues since the truck

The move had issues since the truck broke down in the transfer between Luxembourg and Italy During the transfer of the items a few got damaged Despite this the team allocated to the removal handled the issues very professionally and efficiently making the overall experience positive

Christchurch to Whangarei move

The two men that delivered our furniture to Whangarei Max and Adam were fantastic They were energetic fast efficient and friendly They worked extremely well together and had the truck unloaded and everything placed the the right rooms They couldn t do enough to help us Thank you for your excellent service

I have used Crown for several moves one international and trust them completely Communication was spot on movers on time careful and friendly Nothing was too much trouble nothing was damaged Couldn t ask for more and I wouldn t use anyone else for moving

The process from the start quotation till the end delivery and then claim for damage was just so seamless and easy All the staff involved both in Malaysia where the shipment originated to Australia where the delivery took place were very helpful Special mention Ms Mazlinda Mr Guna both went out of their way to accomodate my requests Ms Caroline processing of my claim was quick of Crown in Malaysia and Ms Debbie Robinson of Grace Removals They were very helpful and made the move stress-free and easy for me I m very satisfied with their services and would not hesitate to recommend Crown Relocations and Grace Removals to anyone Thank you for your services
