Order was super late

Order was super late I ordered it on january 2 and it still has not been shipped as of january 21 I emailed one the 18th asking for an update and no response I dont even know why im giving this 2 stars

I ordered this product on Nov 27th

I ordered this product on Nov 27th hoping for xmas since they said a 5-10 day processing time and then 3-5 day shipping After 3 weeks the product still hadn t been processed so I tried to cancel I was told I couldn t after 24 hours and if I did there would be a 45 restocking fee I decided to wait Shipping did their part and was within the 3-5 day term finally receiving on 12 30 Upon opening very disappointed with the product It did look like the picture I sent so that was nice but it was smaller than a quarter and flimsy For the amount of money spent on a sterling silver product it definitely was not worth it I wouldn t buy from here again Unfortunately because the concept is great

Way overpriced and small

Way overpriced and way smaller than what you are led to believe you are getting The size is more like a charm for a bracelet Workmanship is fine but otherwise I m disappointed Will not order from this company again From the pictures they post this product is very misleading

Too many marketing emails before I receive or even review the product I ordered

I think it is a little ridiculous how many marketing emails are sent out to me after I place my order but before I even not only receive my order but before I even get the review email I have probably gotten 9 marketing emails since I placed my order but no communications on what I actually purchased I ordered 8 days ago and no one has reached out for me to review

the peep hole is too small

the peep hole is too small none of us could see it as advertised what we could see was only a partial image which was very disappointing because it was a memorial gift which my boyfriend was VERY excited for this was a major let-down and i do not recommend this to anyone this could have been 5 and still felt like a rip off nothing close to the advertised effect

Haven t received my order after a month They say that they produce the items and ship them from USA After I placed my order they provided me a YANWEN tracking code It s a chinese courier Website descriptions are fake they don t ship from USA EDIT After 40 days I received my order it s perfectly manufactured but still they don t ship from USA like they say they do

Bought a keychain

Ordered from here took over 4 weeks to arrive When I did enquire about the status of my order customer service were quick to reply with an answer Ships from China rather than the US and was suprised to have to pay a 13 customs fee to recieve my parcel after it was shipped However when it did actually arrive I was very pleasantly surprised and the keychain is adorable Very mixed feelings
