Blanket is to small and picture doesn t look like my dog

The image is good but the key chain is half the size from when I ordered last It loses some of the detail

I ordered two bracelets They came in a decent amount of time and I was pleased with how they looked and my kids loved being able to look inside and see their dog that we recently lost However one of the bracelets would not slide as designed so my daughter can t wear hers I reached out to the company and got a response and was asked to send a picture of the problem and I did They acknowledged they received it and then I never heard anything else and the situation was not rectified

Product was fine and delivered timely The only downside is the CONSTANT emails from this company

Been 6 days and haven t received a shipping email I ordered this for my sisters birthday on the 24 and I m not sure if it will make it in time now Really cool idea though

To Help Future Buyers If you decide to order from Custom Pet Gifts you should be made aware of the following The website says 5-10 business days to create so in total about 2-3 weeks plus shipping Take this into consideration when ordering so you receive yours in a timely fashion I ordered mine Feb 1st and got it Feb 28th Additionally do not contact customer service via e-mail You are most likely to get a response from Facebook Messenger or Instagram There is no phone number to call Lastly the keychains are pretty tiny which I did not notice from the pictures HOWEVER once customer service did get back to me he she was more than happy to discuss my issues and come up with a resolution Despite two negative reviews I wrote previously that I have since removed they were still very friendly and hoped my significant other liked his gift Overall the keychain did end up turning out beautifully and was identical to the photo I sent in and was of good quality If you listen to the advice I mentioned above you should have little to no issues Thank you Custom Pet Gifts for resolving my issue and for the beautiful keychain

I had a great experience with y all Just one minor thing happens during my order and that was just I got the wrong order but once I emailed you I got the right package the next week There was great cooperation which I really appreciate Other than that I love everything I ordered

Edited my order was delayed but I finally received it I am pleased with my purchase The keychain is very cute

I ordered the keychain of my parents dog for them for a Christmas present From the ordering to the delivery everything was superb The quality of the Keychain is great They did an amazing job capturing the essence of my parents dog 10 10 would recommend ordering from Custom Pet Gifts
