We placed and order in May form drill bits 10 sizes from 10mm to 7mm and it sounds like we will receive the final delivery soon at the end of SeptemberVery poor communications from someone inadvertently cancelling our order through failure to say further delays in availability No apologies just just contact if you have a queries which is no good if you don t know about issues they have

Advertising product don t match details description you buying CNC bits drills advertising as 1 6 1 5 and so on all a off sizes as example you buying 1 8 and after measures check it s 1 73mm and the charge it like for gold dust not recommended better of buy Chinese cheap crap as precysion in dimensions and quality is exactly the same

Company sells some really good quality tools at reasonable prices Staff are efficient and very helpful However my inbox seems to be full of requests to review every bloody thing I buy and despite trying to unsubscribe they keep coming Sullies an otherwise good company

You sent me Sept - Oct 2024 FOCUS I ordered a number of British Standard HSSE centre drills These proved to be on a 90 day delivery so currently unavailable Why promote them

Order for express job so I used Cutwel I order two of one item It was marked in stock I received only one jaw The second one went on to back order Cutwel is the distributor for this manufacture Vice jaws should be stocked in AT LEAST IN PAIRS No wonder English manufacturing in in a bad place

I ordered an insize thread micrometer from the image on the web store It showed the part having measuring tips which were not supplied I then had to order a set to use the micrometer I suggest the image is changed to reflect the actual part you will recieve Edit following the reply My review clearly mentioned the micrometer tips shown in the product image Not the setting standard
