Ordered before 6pm but when I phoned to

Ordered before 6pm but when I phoned to check the next day I was told the order was recorded at one minute past six and therefore would not be delivered that day as promised on the website

Every order placed is delivered short

Every order that we have placed so far is always delivered short All items go on back order and turn up randomly It would be better if all of the items turned up in one shipment This would also save you on carriage costs

Backordered products always seem to be an issue

Placed an order on line one item was placed on back order and LT of 7-10 days quoted Phoned after 7 days to be advised they were to arrive with you the next day and me the following day A machine was set up ready to run They never arrived Phoned again only to be told it would now be 10 weeks couldn t live with this Cancelled order and went elsewhere and got a next day delivery

The sales representatives are more like a high pressure sales call centre rather than someone who understands the industry They have absolutely no product knowledge at all

not very good at calling back

I called in twice over two consecutive days to ask for some technical advice Both times a nice lady confirmed my number promised someone would respond and yet i did not receive a call back I bought parts because i need them but i have no idea if they are fit for my purpose and time will tell on the quality but not impressed with the service

Incorrect quantities of Cutters

Incorrect quantities of Cutters delivered I oredered 4 off EH913160 and only 3 arrived even though the delivery note stated 4 off have bben delivered On the same order i ordered 2 off CMC200-45-6 Chamfer Mills and 4 off arrived even though the delivery note stated 2 off I think we have it sorted now but the cutters are 100 00 each and to miss one off is sloppy

I ordered a pack of small drills and 2

I ordered a pack of small drills and 2 off 1 8mm reamers on the Tuesday The drills and one reamer arrived next day and the second reamer was on back order 3 days Went to use the reamer and discovered that it was the wrong size even though the packaging said it was correct Contacted customer service who apologised and refunded for the incorrect item The following Tuesday I still had not received the reamer even though we had been invoiced the day before I was then advised that the reamer had been despatched on Friday by Royal Mail rather than next day and that I would receive it the following day Weds It did arrive Weds but I am still one reamer short as I had ordered 2 off I was then advised that they could send another on back order as they had no stock I declined as I had waited one week already

Yet again stocked tools not stocked

Yet again tools ordered for a job which were listed as stock items for next day delivery weren t in stock This causes delays and a load of admin posting invoices credit notes etc
