work piece setter and bt40

Ordered work piece setter and bt40 tool holder When both arrived by DPD the work piece setter was half out of the box with a 3 5 kilo tool holder moving around the package as there was not enough packing in the box

Websites good

Websites good but to many phone calls from your reps trying to sell things been doing it long enough to know where you are when I need something other than that great service and highly recommend

Non existent invoices to pay

I was happy with the service all the time however one issue puts a huge question mark was it technical or intentional They sent me two unpaid invoices for something I paid with the card while ordering after the check it appeared to be a communication error between the shopping cart and accounting software and I owed nothing to them Please be aware of double or non-existent invoices through account statement status emails No replies to my emails re this just phone which is worrying

Ups and downs

Up side was the delivery was quick Down side is they missed an item from my order only 2 items on the order Not great as I ordered the flame burr for a specific job Had to postpone the appointment Hopefully they will address this ASAP and get my missing burr out to me sharpish

Late Delivery

Late DeliveryItem was ordered on Thursday for next day delivery on Friday Did not arrive until Monday Normally deliveries are great I suspect that the courier used caused the delay

Orderdered multiple items via website all in stock at point of ordering Parcel arrives next day but critical item to follow Check on website and item is now 7 days subject to availabilty which based on past experience means 7 months No advanced warning that item was missing so too late to order from somewhere else Disappointed

Stock levels

The products they had in stock came promptly However I feel that more and more lately Cutwel do not have the stock of relatively standard items We are not high volume tool users but recently I cannot remember an order when I have not had to substitute an item or that not all of the required quantity was available resulting in split deliveries
