CZ s Unfair Coverage How They re Avoiding Their Responsibilities and Leaving Me With a Huge Bill

I am beyond furious with CZ and how they ve handled my claim I m scheduled for two critical surgeries an ACL reconstruction and a meniscus repair in my home country not the Netherlands According to my policy CZ is supposed to cover 70 of the cost based on Dutch hospital prices when we have surgery abroad But what did they offer A pathetic 3 336 19 claiming these two separate surgeries are somehow just only one surgery This is outright nonsense My surgeon along with multiple hospitals has made it crystal clear that these are two distinct surgeries one for the ACL reconstruction and another for the meniscus repair Despite this clear distinction I was informed during a phone call with CZ s customer service representative that CZ only considers these two procedures as one surgery under Dutch healthcare standards CZ s decision to treat both surgeries as one is just a way for them to avoid paying what they owe It s completely unfair and leaves me stuck with a huge financial burden that I shouldn t have to bear The way CZ has handled this is absolutely unacceptable Their customer service has been misleading and dismissive They are clearly not living up to the terms of their own policy and it s an insult to anyone who puts their trust in them If you re thinking about getting insurance with CZ think again They may leave you high and dry when you need them the most even if you have every right to be covered I m outraged by this situation and everyone needs to know how CZ really treats its customers

A great scam

A great scam They did not after 56 calls put the right tratment They only call you requesting you to pay but they dont do well any service and the customer support is the worst by far I tols them maby times I wantes 570 euro covered in laser treatment and they said okay okay but they put me 350 euro in alternative medicine It looks like kids are working there

Horrible company to deal with

They do not care for their customer I just moved to the Netherlands and it s been 8 weeks of following up about my insurance card Every week I hear sir it will be done this week we promise then the following week they need and extra document and then next week the same thing again I m sick and tired of this treatment Stay away from these they re guys not worth the pain

I wanted to review how full is services package but they couldn t approve or decline my application increased by my work contract for 1 5 month Other insurance company approve my application in 2 days And only 1 of 4 messages were answered

STAY CLEAR OF THIS INSURANCEThey sold me the insurance in bad faith with wrong information And then I confronted the customer care agents on the call later they were reluctant to give me their names for complaint form available on their website Moreover the complaint form gives an error every time I try to press send button which says The field Please explain your complaint as clearly as possible cannot contain a web address or abbreviations without spaces even through I did not have any abbreviations or URL Also there is no option to attach a file to share screenshots of the portal Furthermore my portal showed one information and then they tempered with it when I said that my portal shows what I was promised I have the pictures of the changed data Simply put they are ripping their customers off through misinformation

This is one big bull t You pay 160 for the highest insurrance each month but if you go to any specialist you also have to pay 100 for each appointment and every laboratory tests I will cancel it It s cheaper even to go to other country and go to private clinic instead of pay that thiefs It s doesn t worth anything The customer service is terrible as well

I am insured with CZ for more than 2 years So far I have had no problems as I have never gotten sick However this summer I had severe pains in my lower stomach and my GP forwarded me to a gynecologist in a clinic 3 months later I received an invoice of 700 euros to pay and when I sent it to CZ they rejected my declaration and told me to pay these 700 euros myself When I objected they told me that they do not work with the hospital and they cover only 70 But as I haven t used my own risk they take 70 from there and then the rest I need to pay myself Which is the same at the end I need to pay 700 euros from my own pocket However still acceptable until this moment But the weirdest part was when I checked on the website of CZ and they said they work with the clinic where I went so according to their terms and conditions I should not pay anything even at my own risk Also the clinic sent me a statement that I should not pay from my own risk I am still in discussion with CZ but they do not even have an e-mail where I can share the whole story They have only a phone to which you need to wait 40 minutes for someone to take the call and provide you with false information Such as not working with the clinic which is false as it is promoted on their website
