Excellent customer service from start to finish The best communication I ve ever had from a company and I will certainly be ordering again I placed a large order and received multiple communications to ensure that the delivery would be delivered at a time date convenient for myself Further confirmation through the whole delivery service and items all 6 of them were handled with care Thank you very much

We are very pleased with the shoe storage It did take for us a lot longer than 30 mins to construct and is definitely a two person job We were a bit surprised how few pairs of trainers boots we can fit in more for shoes really but over all very nice and we think good value Quick delivery too

I was called 10 mins prior to the delivery arriving with very clear details provided throughout The delivery drivers went above and beyond to help me lift the furniture up to my flat on the top floor Very impressed thankful for their help A really great service

I placed an order for a dressing table 26 12 23 i was expecting it on the 2 1 24 but it actually arrived two days early and received the table on 28 12 23 so I was super impressed with how quickly it came However once I opened the parcel the mirror for the table was shattered it looked like something small like a stone or something had got into the packaging luckily the glass was still intact and making a mess everywhere - however I could not use a shattered mirror I contacted customer service straight away and spoke to someone called Maya She apologised about the mirror and after I had sent off some photos she was able to re order me another mirror part I appreciated it being the new year so wasn t expecting anything anytime soon but I received the mirror today 4 1 24 - again really quick service The parcel was wrapped up really secure and the mirror was in perfect condition and the dressing table is now complete Big thanks to Maya in her customer service and speedy process I ll be ordering from Daals again

I bought the Stanford curved oak frame in the white boucle just as an extra chair over Christmas It looks great and is very sturdy very comfortable with good seat padding I am intending to buy at least one more and may even replace all of my dining chairs with them as my family argued who was going to sit in it my husband has now commandeered it as it s very comfortable and good for his back The only problem is I chose white

Excellent service from the start of ordering through the delivery Confirmation on every steps and delivery time as stated The table was a bit tricky to assemble but if you have diy skill you will be fine quality is very good thick glass colour of the legs same on website Very happy customer here

Really nice furniture and serviceI h d my chest of drawers delivered yesterday and I can t say how much I like it It s strong and really modern and my husband put it together in less than one hour I must say I was impressed by Jason Jay who delivered the furniture on the second floor He was really friendly and did the extra to put the parcel inside the flat Thank you Jay

Good communication re delivery as long as you re ok with 6 30 7am deliveries Bed is a total hit with 12yo - LED light up in white faux leather if that s your thing He loves it And I love the storage underneath small double size Took all Boxing Day to put together however and one slat clip missing but we got round that with a bit of gaffer tape Seems good reasonable quality bed base lift strut system
