Product broken

Product broken used live chat which although time consuming issue is still not resolved Edit I had a response from the company after writing this review hopefully the issue is now being sorted unfortunately email response is slow

Poor experience overall

Good points Cheap relatively stylish productsNegatives Several chairs arrived faulty Some had to be replaced but the replacement ones were faulty and I am still waiting for further replacement I got told the replacement chairs were delivered but they were not The customer service does respond quickly but does not resolve the problems quickly I ordered these chairs over two months ago and still dont have a full set of fully functioning chairs I have wasted hours talking to the customer service team who seem unable to sort the issue quickly I also got notified about my deliver time at 4am saying the chairs would be delivered between 5-8am which is a crazy delivery slot The delivery team also delivered to the flats above and did not even ring our doorbell I then had to lift the very heavy boxes down the stairs by myself to our flat which has a separate entrance I wanted to give more stars as I do like the chairs but am so disappointed with how everything has been handled that I can not

Faulty goods

Faulty goods chip identified once we assembled the dining table and lifted it up right reached out to customer services Dimple as this was clearly a defect with the piece as you don t expect something brand new to be chipped but instead we were accused of causing the chip ourselves and then offered 5 goodwill The dining table was nice but the customer service has been so bad that I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone

Delivery system is not fit for purpose

Delivery system is not fit for purpose Contacted the day before and then given only a few hours to confirm that delivery the next day at what time is not yet specified doesn t work for people who have other things to do in life Then having declined the first delivery date we were not offered another date for over a week - despite me sending emails and telephoning twice to try to coordinate a suitable date

Bad quality damaged furniture

Quite disappointed in the overall quality of the furniture ordered Scratches in the metal chipped sides staining and overall damage Doesn t feel brand new Had better quality products from highstreet stores

Not great build quality and still

Not great build quality and still awaiting some advise to move forward as table is suboptimal quality Hopefully it will be resolved soonThanks I have sent two further emails with videos and photos Look forward to your advise as to resolving this matter

There is a default with the Algo Sofa

There is a default with the Algo Sofa Bed we ordered and we cannot assemble it We re not satisfied with the service and do not understand why Daals did not ensure the sofa bed was in good condition and with no default before delivering it We reported the issue on the web chat and were told to send a video of the issue and that someone would get back to us within 48 hours Not good enough given the price we paid

I realised that the item I bought was

I realised that the item I bought was far too small I contacted daals to see what can be done I was told I will need to arrange courier myself All I was given was an email address which I contacted the recommended parcel force they quoted me 484 06 to come and collect the item I then contacted daals to inform them of this I was given another pacel link As a customer who bought several items which amount to alot Should not be going through this ordeal and process So I m a very unhappy customer

Hard to return items

We received our table which is really solid and well built Unfortunately the colour wasn t precisely what we had expected so we wanted to swap it for another Daals table Sadly they won t arrange a return so that was up to us and what prohibitively expensive

Delivery was good Shame about faulty product

Delivery was good Unfortunately my partner has tried to put together our sideboard today and we have a faulty hinge I now have to send numerous photos to them and await a reply Don t look like I ll have my sideboard in one piece before Christmas Very disappointed
