The sofa is just not comfortable It has hard ridges which make sitting and sleeping very uncomfortable It doesn t do what it s supposed to do It s lovely looking it s mad well enough structurally it just doesn t work as a sofa out a bed I understand a refund is possible within 30 days Is this still within that time period

Probably the worse company I have ever dealt with Took a day off work to receive delivery of sofa bed Didn t arrive Rearranged for four days later Didn t arrive Customer service told me this was normal and they were having a high level of complaints Cancelled order and bought a sofa bed from Argos who delivered on time and within a two hour time slot Still awaiting refund from Daals at the time of writing but luckily I bought through Paypal who have been excellent and are working to get my money back

Bought 2x Set of 2 Ampney Diamond Stitch chairs and they do look lovely but unfortunately not suitable for laminated floors After couple of months they ruined my laminated floor due to poor design of the legs protector some hard plastic that screws on the top end of the legs They are not flat with the floor but in an angle and digs into the laminated floor So although they look good I think you should think twice before buying if you have laminated floor or other similar material such as wood

Dreadful customer service My table was delivered with a scratch on it 4 days before Christmas I called them the very next morning after putting it together They gave me a long list of requirements and I d explained it was scratched on the base etc Now refusing to help me as we put the rest of it together as I was stuck with a damage table half put together in a relatively small house Customer service have lied to me and insulted me with a poor compensation offer of 16 49 When all I d really like is a replacement part as their website says they hold stock of Now told me I can t have a replacement part and offered me an insulting percentage of money back I just want a nice table which was advertised on the website Not a damaged scratched one Now I m stuck in limbo as I wanted to buy chairs once I d worked out what would look better with my dining room

My item is faulty which daals have accepted by agreeing to exchange the product However they will only exchange the item if it is packaged in a cardboard box I obviously discarded the original packaging shortly after receiving the sofa as anyone would and now I m unable to find another box big enough for a sofa therefore they are refusing to replace it The experience is becoming completely unacceptable - daals admitting they ve supplied a faulty product but unwilling to make reasonable arrangements to replace it Without a satisfactory resolution I d never recommend purchasing from daals to anyone

Terrible experience i spent over 1000 on daals furniture the bed was fine but my tv unit had a big deep scratch down the middle and all they could offer was 5 49 refund i wouldn t recommend to be honest there are other companies who put their customers first that s how you run a business

I have purchased 3 times off of Daals as I love their furniture My first purchase was a tv stand costing approx 100 Not to expensive but also not cheap I have had the tv stand less than a year for my son s birthday I wanted to hang a birthday banner using a small piece of sellotape I attached each side to the tv stand The sellotape was on the tv stand for a day until I took it off When taking off the sellotape along came the wood effect covering Daals use on their products leaving a large white mark on the tv stand I contacted Daals as I was shocked that this had happened so easily questioned the quality of my purchase Daals customer service were nothing but unhelpful pointed out this was my fault that was that instead of considering the quality of the furniture how this should not be so easily done I would not recommend using this company if you are after good lasting quality furniture especially if you have kids Unfortunately they have lost a returning customer

Do not order from here I ordered a rug which arrived in terrible condition Covered in thick dust which I m allergic to I emailed asking to return the product and was told I d have to pay for my return The rug is a very heavy and large product I d be paying more to give it back than to keep it
