Bad customer service team
Everything Local service point refused my delivery No notification in this I the had to raise a support request with DHL to find out this was sent back to Daals Then I had many emails back and forth with Daal where they need to take extra steps to confirm who I was then asking me to fill out forms for information they already had And I was on holiday and let them know I couldn t print and sign forms After two weeks of this and no end in sight I asked them to cancel and hopefully they will give me my refund At some point regardless of pficsss customer service needs to decide how many email and steps they need to drag a customer through And just short cut them to avoid fatigue and frustration They did not do this
