I received my order but one of the arm

I received my order but one of the arm chairs for the dining set was broken Sent numerous emails and pictures and still haven t received a replacement Customer service respond relatively quickly but never with a real solution 2 of the standard chairs are also poor finish quality Again a partial refund was offered but never followed up Will I ever receive the replacement chair and compensation for the substandard chairs Who knows

THE WORST FURNITURE COMPANY

They give one days notice of the day they will deliver with a 9 hour time slot I was given 2 hours notice of delivery the day of delivery If you are not in they will charge a 30- 60 holding fee You cannot re-arrange the date of delivery anywhere on their website Awful customer service The furniture is cheap quality I never write bad reviews but it is the worst company I have ever bought furniture from

False advertising of discount code that was not valid

Well whilst looking for a sofabed on their website I found the one we wanted whilst doing so a pop up appeared stating that I could add a code that would give a 10 discount When I went onto the payment page I added the code and it stated that this discount code is not valid for the item in my cart This was a bit confusing as when viewing the item on their website it was specific in stating that I would receive a 10 discount Since this occurred late on a Saturday evening and the number provided was closed for the evening I waited till the opening time next day When I explained this to the agent she advised me that this item was not available for the 10 discounted which the website clearly stated it was I asked that they stop misinforming customers as this is misleading She was pretty dismissive and was not customer friendly at all I proceeded to purchase the item as it was a gift for my daughter and had promised her I would get it But I will not be purchasing anything else from this company out of principle Customer service is not their strong point

Extremely disappointed with both the quality and service

Extremely disappointed with both the quality and the service received from Daals I put together a chair only to realise that the arm was cracked and the rattan back was fraying and discoloured Their service department is refusing to send a label as I had already constructed the chair How is one supposed to see quality unless they put the product together Will not be purchasing from them again

Jay was super helpful called before hand and let me know how far he was Delivery was quick and easy Update when fixing table pieces were broken Called customer service and we re very unhelpful Looks like the resell people s damaged goods Don t shop here If I could give 0 stars I would

absolutely terrible service

terrible experience with this company ordered a bed and received my confirmation e-mail to say it would be delivered 29th November Took this day off to be there and never got delivered On and off the phone with customer service spoke to rude staff one even put the phone down on me I logged a complaint and received a text to say the bed was going to be delivered the following day I took this day off work unpaid too I called the day the bed was due to be delivered to ask for an ETA and they told me the text was sent in error and nobody was going to be delivering the bed today I was lied to by customer services who told me the managers were all busy and could not take my call as they were trying to solve the issue and then one hour later was told they don t have managers in the office and they couldn t give me a time frame when somebody could get back to me i logged my complaint 06 12 and only just got a response poor and rude customer service no managers to talk to I was lied to more than once do not buy from this company

Avoid

Avoid Cheap products received order defective and they going through the loops for 3 weeks to bot resolve the issue and essentially ensure you are past the return policy also Making a claim with our banks and the obdusman Shocking company If you are lucky and receive a good product well done

RIP IN BENCH

I ordered a bench after putting one leg on it I seen the bench material had a rip in it I then contacted daals - and they have said because I assembled one leg on the bench they will not refund or replace my bench They are not willing to come and replace the bench or refund me the money so I had no choice then to pursue my case with trading standards They have sent me a damaged bench and I have spent over 200 Their reply to my email is absolutely appalling - they delivered the bench this morning and I notified the delivery driver Straight away that it has a rip in the material I would like an email as soon as possible with how you are going to proceed either with trading standards or replacing my bench

Order was delivered with a major piece of the item missing It is impossible to speak with a company representative to resolve Automated responses to emails are frustrating and not helpful Chat bot not well managed - no one is there to respond Based on other reviews that I now wish I had paid more attention to this is not something new I m super envious of those who received what they ordered without issues It appears that although the products might be okay - the service is not worth the order

We purchased the Helia Pleated Ottoman

We purchased the Helia Pleated Ottoman Bed in Moss Green Delivery was within indicated timeframe and the product was well packed As soon as we opened the boxes we identified two issues with the bed frame the footboard had a discoloration strip running across and one of the two side panels of the frame the pleats were not stitched correctly meaning that the pleats were wriggled and did not sit flush as advertised on the website We reported it straight away to daals co uk providing several images showing the issues They are refusing that there is any manufacturing fault with the product They said that the discoloration strip was caused during transit and it will eventually brush off
