Redemption thanks Russell If you read my reviews you will see that following David Clulow s mis-selling to me damaged goods then afterwards disingenuously seeking to avoid any liability and all round awful customer service the company fell so low in my estimation I had decided never to shop there agin Well amazingly it redeemed itself well not so much the company in fact not the company at all but Russell and the staff at David Clulow in Harrods Previously Jackie Edmonds of David Clulow through Trustpilot invited me to contact her Regrettably albeit not surprisingly Ms Edmonds failed to reply having received my email Nil points Some little while later however I came across the opticians in Harrods There were glasses there I wished to buy but upon finding out it was a Clulows concession I determined quite reasonably in the circumstances to not purchase Nevertheless the staff there more particularly Russell retrieved the entire situation by resolving my complaint So I did not issue legal proceedings against Clulows after all and I am now a happy Clulows customer The service from Russell is outstanding Similarly the care and attention from the technician Stephen is also awesome and also the other girls there as well as the lady optician who conducts the eye tests were all brilliant Russel you are a star

I have been going to David Clulow for eye test for over 30 years and been looked after by experienced optometrist for my eye care The prescriptions are accurate and the optometrist also looks after the health of my eyes in addition to carrying out eye tests

I ve been going to Davidclulow for years now and have recently been to the store in Soho to have an eye test done The staff were super friendly and helpful I ordered my new glasses on Monday and it was ready for collection on Thursday Great service guys Would highly recommend
