Appalling Customer Service
I took out a subscription beginning in August for Puzzler Puzzler Collection Magazines getting magazines delivered each month with quarterly payments They have now taken a payment EACH month from my bank account meaning I have paid for 3 x magazines EVERY month I have emailed them to request my refund of 39 last Tuesday have yet to receive ANY information back from them I am absolutely disgusted at the complete lack of customer service received - they don t deserve my business or anyone else s I suggest they repay what they owe immediately
