TRACKI NG NUMBER

DEL CITY IN THE PAST HAS OFFERED ME A TRACKING NUMBER THAT WAS HANDY HOW ABOUT DOING THAT AGAIN THE NEXT TIME I ORDER DICK S AUTO ELECTRIC

The product good shipping cost crazy

The product I received was exactly what I was expecting The purchase price was good and reasonable but the shipping charge was terrible was too much for what item was being sent When shipping cost is more than the product purchase price something is wrong

Good products

I received my order rather quickly and full but for both items ordered they were not identical and liked the one model more than the others The order consisted of 2 different colored indicator lights the ones that were LED showed the color the ones that were not led had a colored lens but white bulb which illuminated white and not the color

I had a deadline to meet

I had a deadline to meet and del city was unable to ship in 1 day as their site states I communicated with del city and they were courteous and polite but after 3 days small order of wire and connectors had not shipped so I cancelled order

Outstanding Customer Service

Overall everything was spot on The only issue was having to ring up to find out what the status of my order was and how to track my order Perhaps this was due to an on-line order and perhaps someone will look into fixing the glitch Tracking my order was smooth once I was able to obtain a tracking number Customer services was excellent while calling to find out about my order and tracking

My favorite place for Wire Loom

I like the Loom I get from Del City and it always seems to be in Stock when I order it so that s convenient Only reason I don t give this order transaction a 5 star is because I have 3 Separate transactions on my Credit card instead of the total charge once Those seems completely unnecessary and messes with my checking account

Happy with my order but comm could be better

Very happy with my order Would have been 5 stars but the speed at which the shipment was sent and the communication sucked I revived no notification of shipment being sent nor tracking number Zero notification other than order placed

Great product line and customer service

Great product line and customer service is prompt when an issue arises Four stars for the 3 phone calls to get one order correct Like most of us in business lack of employees requires the purchaser to spend time handling miscues Better communication from the packing shipping department would have made them a five star company for our company

Timely and not so timely

Received the bullet connectors timely but unfortunately didn t receive the 40 amp breaker in time to make the trip to Mexico
