I had to contact customer service as i had an issue with one the orders that i placed I got a gentleman called Fred and he was a very patient and friendly man he solved my issue promptly and i would highly recommend him for future reference Very well done and thanks again

I emailed about an accidental order I put in to a partner restaurant they had and the customer care employee who helped me - Fred - was super helpful and quick with his response Got the refund sorted super fast for me and I am so thankful and will always learn to check the address of restaurants from now on Very nice as well
