I was looking for a birthday present for my wife and a friend suggested Agape beautiful items well createdpieces traditional and unique to choose from He was right spent lots of time looking for something that worked and found it The problem was I needed it in less then 7 days 4 was cutting it close but we were traveling for her bday on the weekend I emailed customer service and we worked it out Juli covered the details on the last mile and we were back and forth multiple times till we got it right Of course I m not an off the rack kind of guy but it all seems to have worked I now have the fed ex confirmation and it should be here Friday What a narrow escape But I have found her next few occasions it will be easy now My wifes complaint is wearing the expensive diamonds everyday now we can make her relax Beautiful jewelry without fear of loosing it No longer staying in the SAFE DEPOSIT until an occasion its perfect in between thank you

This company has been wonderful to work with I got a beautiful pendant first and was so happy with my purchase that I have now bought a loose 2 carat marquee diamond It is colored d and vvs1 which should have costed around 9k I have purchased this for just under 500 They aim to please and do a wonderful job

Requested an RA for an exchange

I had requested an RA for some earrings The CS rep answered me within minutes to help She he told me it would not be a problem but would offer 10 off on that purchase or an exchange I told them what I was looking for as the exchange and they quickly emailed the link to the earrings I had requested and ended up purchasng I had so many questions about the return she he quickly and graciously answered all my questions in several email exchanges I commented how impressed I was with transaction we had I have been in the apparel industry for a long time and CS is key to referels and repeat customers This was great shoppong experience I will definately reccommend Agape to my friends Hope I enjoy my 3 CT studs

Oh my gawd Let me tell you I went thru hell trying to get my package delivered I finally get my package and when I opened the box btw which was very pretty the earrings were dazzling right before my eyes These things are huge and I couldn t be more happy thank you so much for my order I will definitely order again
