Order never arrived
Placed an order at the beginning of June for a bottle of hot Gin for father s day i still have not received this order Evri said they delivered the item but i have not received it i have checked with neighbours etc Evri have conducted a search but its not been found I have filled out the diddly squat farm contact form three times now with no reply cant find a telephone number for them completely stuck No gin and 45 down the drain Very disappointed

Would put zero if I could Endless emails endless responses never ever ever resolving the problem Being told numerous times that a resend is being sent A load of crap Being told endlessly I will get a refund a load of crap I d say they have a terrible customer service department but they clearly don t have one There is no customer service they are beyond poor They literally send you round in circles and never give a straight answer No contact number to speak to anyone not surprised plus you d never be able to get through as there Will be thousands calling each hour I came on to write a review as after 10 weeks the issue hasn t been resolved and found all of these reviews stating how terrible the company is Wish I d looked at this before I bothered ordering anything The company is nothing but a joke don t waste your time money or energy because trust me trying to get anything resolved is draining

Completely agree with most recent review You are run round in circles I ordered items specifically for a birthday now gone on 8th July and am still waiting Despite several calls and emails I am told the items have been re-sent Where When Incredibly frustrating that you can t phone anybody to follow this up once the money has been paid the order seems to go into a big black hole Never ever would have started this order if I knew the time and trouble it would take just to receive it

Disappointing
Shipment was send back in error which according to FedEx was received by them We have tried contacting them by email Instagram etc No response whatsoever very disappointing experience

At around 3 30 pm a girl from the shop
At around 3 30 pm a girl from the shop came across and walked in front of me and a another couple and said the shop is closing I said I have just driven in from Essex to buy some Cider and the answer was l don t care where you have come from and the same to the other couple how rude is that for customer service is that what Clarkson teaches his staff

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service I placed an order back in June and still have not received I have emailed on several occasions and now I m being ignored No phone number to contact either I received a wooden spoon saying sorry for the mix up just not expectable considering how bad the reviews are

Customer service non existent
Received a T shirt as a present ordered by my daughter Looked ok visually but after 3 wears and one wash developed a hole at centre of back You could see it was a manufacturing fault Took pics etc and contacted dsf expecting they would be happy to replace How wrong was I Not interested as it had been washed and apparently worn multiple times Recommend you don t buy unless you are happy for clothing items to last a week Don t think I ve ever been treated to such a poor customer service experience

No item no refund AVOID
I ordered a t-shirt which arrived promptly but was the wrong design and size I returned it as instructed by Ned emailed the receipt and nothing I ve emailed several times and am now being ignored I am going to contact Trading Standards now l m not sure how else to recover my money I wonder if Jeremy is aware of this very poor service My original review was 19 08 2024 and you reply in Feb 2025 This is the level of service given

Truly dreadful online service
As with the previous reviewer I returned an item as incorrect item sent Two weeks later and still no replacement has been received and no return postage refund If Jeremy is serious about running an online shop he needs to sort his processes out as they are absolutely shocking I would not recommend buying anything from them After much ado the issue was eventually resolved
