The most appalling service ever Anything you ll experience there will be a mess From the car ordering to the delay of delivery after sale etc If you can avoid them at any cost Competition small concessionnaires are million of times better than D Ieteren You will have a personalized service people will actually care about what they doing and you and you will avoid numerous of troubles that you don t even think about today

Worst service ever from the beginning
Worst service ever from the beginning We never received any reminder to do the pertinent tests and when I was told in Italy that they service center should o this D ieteren jsut replied indeed When I tried to book an appointment the lady who was for the english service was not even capable to take my email address correctly Then she gave me an appointment for a check to be done in one day When I arrived to the mechanical on wednesday they told me they would keep it until Friday but then nobody called on Friday and nobody aswered my calls On Monday I m still trying to contact the mechanical center but no phone service not even with the central service

Thieves and liars Voleurs et menteurs
EN I took my car with several warning lights on at ignition to Audi Center Zaventem They returned it saying the problem was solved with a software update without my consent and charged me 150 EUR After one week when the issue reappeared they said I have to change the ECU 1800 EUR After several requests from my side and useless answers for more than three months they have neither provided the diagnostic nor the proof of installing the software I went to another service and solved my long-term issue by replacing a 30 EUR relay When I confronted them with their false repair proposal and asked for the refund they refused continuing to provide inconsequent answers firstly they said they invoiced software update then they issued a warranty document stating a recall action and in the end a statement that the money charged was for the diagnostic which was anyway wrong Don t go there it will be annoying and a loss of time and money FR J ai emmen ma voiture l Audi Center Zaventem avec plusieurs t moins allum s au contact Ils l ont renvoy en disant que le probl me avait t r solu avec une mise jour du logiciel sans mon consentement et m ont factur 150 EUR Au bout d une semaine lorsque le probl me est r apparu ils m ont dit que je devais changer l ECU 1 800 EUR Apr s plusieurs demandes de ma part et r ponses inutiles pendant plus de trois mois ils n ont fourni ni le diagnostic ni la preuve d installation du logiciel Je suis all chez un autre service et j ai r solu mon long probl me en rempla ant un relais de 30 EUR Lorsque je les ai confront s leur fausse proposition de r paration et demand le remboursement ils ont refus continuant fournir des r ponses incoh rentes ils ont d abord d clar avoir factur la mise jour du logiciel puis ils ont mis un document de garantie indiquant une action de rappel et finalement une d claration selon laquelle l argent factur tait destin au diagnostic ce qui tait de toute fa on erron N y allez pas ce serait ennuyeux et une perte de temps et d argent

Ignorant monopolistic behavior at Audi Center Zaventem
Intervention without approval no diagnostic received false repair solution failure to prove intervention refusal to refund after wrong repair and contradictory answers After charging 150 EUR for a software update which they could not prove when the error reappeared they gave as solution the change of the central computer ECU for 1 800 EUR The defect was a relay for 30 EUR replaced at another workshop Sad to see how such a big company is happy to make money by stealing from a student Size and competence do not work together Try alternative services

2 months waiting for a repair
2 months waiting for a repair 2 months for a car that is bought there and still under warranty I repeat 2 months waiting for someone to check your check engine light Update I was about to give them a second chance and needed to get accessories department Here I am sitting and waiting for more than 20 minutes for someone to pick up the call Incredible Update2 maintenance has been scheduled by my company for oil change and they send me again to this garage first timeslot for month and half There was oil change needed and I was told that I can wait as it takes no more then 40 minutes I was out and I saw moment my car enter in garage it was inside 2 30 hours I pass information to my company to never book this garage ever Avoid at any cost as they do not care about customer at all their time is valuble but not ours Awful

D Ieteren Center Skoda Anderlecht - avoid if possible
This concerns D Ieteren Center Skoda Anderlecht Very negative experience Opening hours are very inconvenient incompatible with normal working hours The reception was impolite incompetent and slow I have received an appointment for reparation of a window for which I had to wait for more than 2 months but when I came having taken a day off at work the employee was searching for information for 30 min and then told me that the necessary part had not yet arrived I had to come again in over a month Additionally after a maintenance service at this garage I have a problem with the glove compartment it does not open correctly The employee refused to address the problem as I had not reported it immediately I was told that to repair it would cost around 100 euro and another appointment This was the last drop I am not coming anymore For this price I expect a much higher level of service

Dieteren Centres - Boulevard Industriel 125 1070 AnderlechtI have owned and loved my Skoda for 10 years Unfortunately this broke down and the day the garage informed me the cost to fix it was not worth its value I met with a sales representative to purchase new car second hand vehicleI had a meeting to understand options and possibilities available to me We agreed the sales person would then send me a proposal over the weekend if any new discounts in the new month became availableI received this reviewed it and wrote back to the contact I met to CONFIRM MY UNDERSTANDING of certain things we had discussed as well as asking FOLLOW UP questions to the proposal to clarify the offer fully Simple bullet point questions with most questions a simple yes no answer requiredRadio silence I follow up and ask if there is a feedback I receive an annoyed response saying he has already answered my questions W T F but that if i wish i can come in to meet him and review things together I explain 1 i don t have a car broke down as he knows and the centre is miles from my house 2 My wife also who needs to make decision on the purchase and she is out of country for work 3 I have work engagements commitments and Dieteren is shut Saturday are you serious and therefore i would appreciate if he could answer my simple questions which are a short summary of our earlier meeting as well as new questions on the proposal Based on this we can then schedule a face to face meeting and test driveRadio silenceI chase up i know its crazy but i do need a car and new sales advisor specific for Skoda responds to me instead SALES Can i help you sir ME Yes please can you answer the questions below - and i repeat all etc SALES Written answer 6 words Hi X because its already done implying no he wont and please note the courteous communication style Needless to say it was clear to me that i would rather go to work in rollerskates than buy a car from themI had the option to trade in my broken down car to this garage for a discount on new purchase and instead i ended up going elsewhere sacrificing my trade in bonus and paying substantially more than i had budgeted forBut was worth itSteer clear They have monopoly on Brussels for Skoda and its fully clear in their attitude and lack of professionalism

This company should be eradicated
After my car check on which I warned them of an issue I received the bill 1500 EUR and assurance that there is no issue with the car 2 weeks later I left on a road trip and the car failed on the issue I mentioned The high incompetence of this company cost me over 6000 EUR aside the payed service 1 week on the road and high security risk driving a faulty vehicle Unfortunately I couldn t do much because I m a small company therefore I wasn t covered by consumer protection and I do not have the means to fight in court this company I am happy I can give them 1 star but in truth they are not worth even that one

Can I give a ZERO
Can I give a ZERO 2 weeks further and I cannot get answers on my questions after having an accident where I was not liable for damage I have got multiple people online who cannot answer the question giving info that not reliable or just hang up I cannot reach people who handling my case contract advisor zero And if I reach someone who don t talk rubbish they just never revert back with promised email or tell call Which century it is SOS This is a real example of how bad service can kill a goed product
