Delivery company needs to be changed

The delivery was awful a 300chf package left by the door No ringbell no phone call nor email What if somebody stole it I m speachless with this delivery partner

Device broken but needed No replacement no money

As i moved to a new city I ordered a monitor to connect to my laptop Unfortunately the monitor was broken So i sent it back I did not receive any replacement device what is pretty bad as I basically cannot work without a monitor Contacting costumer support only gave me the answer to wait longer A replacement device - as promised - was not delivered So I had to buy another monitor - from a different company - as I need it for work purpose And when I get back the - hopefully working - monitor - someday in the future - from digitec I dont need it anymore but I was told its not possible to get the money back Great

Customer service is zero

Customer service is zero Ordered 2 items both were ready to send and deliver with next day but after two days there were no signs of any delivery Of course the customer service informed the responsible department but it was more a boot answer than a real action Shame for a Swiss company I have cancelled the order

They can make big troubles to you

Please be aware they can cheat you with insurance We bought a mobile telephone from them and by some way we did not sign anything they put ann obligation to pay insurance for the telephone 20 Franks per month To reach their support not possible We did not pay this one and they applied to the court This company can make big troubles to you You can prove nothing I decided to extend the comment not the insurance but the guarantee So you bought the product on checkout paid online for the telephone Then they send you invoice for 87 Frank s for some guarantee that you did not purchase The question why did not you include it during checkout why do you send invoice after checkout If you do not pay they apply to the court and you should pay plus 450 franks Never deal with them You cannot prove anything It is a real scam

Has to be the slowest most unreliable website ever If you order something that they have on stock why do they wait 3 days to send it and then they send it at the end of the day so you are guaranteed to wait longer 3 products order 3 times canceled because it took to long to arrive I am never ordering from them again Digitec is dead to me

Avoid Digitec if you expect the warranty service

Never buy a product at Digitec that may require a repair It has been over 3 weeks since I have reported an issue with the product under warranty and I am still waiting for Digitec to set the date for the pick up of the defective product I was also asked to do the disassembly and packing up for transport of a heavy glass and metal desk on my own Handling of this desk requires two people Digitec Galaxus demonstrated a complete disregard of their warranty obligations

waiting 2 weeks so far for a product which was available

Product which was supposed to be available and delivered within 3 working days still was not sent after 2 weeks in Bearbeitung beim Lieferanten Nothing makes me more angry than hoping to get something quickly but then turns out that the shop lied about product availability on the website and now I have to wait for a remote for my TV forever 1 star every time this happens

poor customer service 4 months with no tv

Dear digitecI am writing to share my frustrating experience with Digitec and Galaxus regarding the repair of my TV My tv is in reparation since 4 months I plan to document the details of this situation online on Medium as I believe others should be aware of the bad support I ve encountered so they can buy on better platforms a tv Info on replacement orders for the same tv Replacement order repair 126877525 from 17 10 2024Replacement order repair 124479406 from 18 9 2024Replacement order repair 131962219 from 6 12 2024Here s a summary of the events - September 1st I submitted a support case for my broken TV which was promptly shipped back to Digitec for repair - The TV was returned without any repair being performed - I reopened the support case and the TV was sent back again This time they acknowledged the issue and replaced the damaged panel - Upon receiving the TV back I found that several pieces were missing presumably lost during transport Digitec confirmed that the TV had been inadequately packed and promised to issue a refund once the TV was returned - One of the managers apologized for the poor handling of the case and reassured me that she would personally oversee the matter moving forward and offering a full refund - I sent the TV back again as instructed but after two weeks they are delivering back again with no explanation or refund In the meantime I have been contacted by three different delivery companies all claiming they were coming to pick up the TV I have detailed proof of each step which I will be attaching to the article when I post it This situation has been extremely frustrating and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of resolution and the poor customer service I ve encountered p s after call number 40 they still apologies for the inconvenience and say they will solve the matter but in reality no one can for their restrictive policies Best regards Armando

Products that are not designed for use in Switzerland

We ordered a blender After having it unpacked and food prepared we found out that it is not compatible with Swiss plugs Given that it was purchased for use in Switzerland this incompatibility raises some concerns It s important to ensure that products sold in Switzerland are designed to be compatible with Swiss electrical systems In the product description this was not clearly mentioned and no adapter provided to us Exactly for this reason we did not order the same blender on Amazon where it would be even much cheaper
