Their Toppers do Nothing That They Claim in Commercials

I bought one of their mattress toppers and it doesn t do anything that the commercials say they do it doesn t make you cool it doesn t remember your shape and it isn t very soft I made the mistake of trying another one to see if it was my mattress but it wasn t They also give a return policy only the problem is most people don t have the machine to shrink the topper back down to nothing like when they arrived in the mail Their toppers stink and if you want one go somewhere else and if you waste your money with them you can t say you weren t warned

Ordered a mattress Rang after 5 weeks to find out when it would be delivered Could not give me a date due to changing material suppliers Rang Again after another 10 days only to be told the same Why are they taking orders when they can not manufacture the products Always in a long queue when trying to get through on the phone Tried Emailing and after 24hrs still not had a reply Very poor customer service Will not use this company again

I am one of those people who lost out with dormeo I questioned the tv advert with dormeo they said the originL owner went bankrupt and they could not change the tv advert this was nonsense I called it who said all adverts are totally under the owner controls we edit when requested so the fast delivery could have been revised to stop any miss selling I eventually after 17 weeks waiting got a refund the refund took 11 weeks this company Is putting stress on families tv companies should be held responsible as they make the money as well as the fraudulent dorneo groupDan walsh nottingham

Garbage and untruthful advert

Garbage Advert I paid for a mattress topper over the phone was told that it could take upto 28 days to receive only after 21 days of hearing nothing then seeing another blag advert on TV saying that the same offer was on and that the items were available immediately I phone Dormeo only to find out that their product was sill not in stock and could be over a month later I may receive it I asked for a refund which will now take upto 7 days the advert is false advertising and is a total joke The company is a farce and it should be ashamed for advertising them If you have any sense keep well clear of Dormeo

Ordered a mattress 23jan with 6 wks delivery time nearly 6 months later still nothing and don t know if coming Can t even get my money back I have motor neurons so 400 alot of money to me just wanted a nice mattress don t think I m going to get or money Can t afford to pay for another one so angry And to add insult had email from them telling me of new deals and with 6 wks delivery this must be fraud

Another customer fooled into believing a false advertisement

I bought the Dormeo topper in October 2023 It was delivered on November 3 2023 It was the worst purchase I made in 2023 It was supposed to be 3 inches thick That was a lie This has got to be the worst and most expensive mattress topper on the market Immediately I experienced shoulder pain within the first week My husband told me to give it a chance since we paid over 500 It got worse After reading the reviews I should have thoroughly investigated prior to making the exact same mistake I knew trying to get a refund is darn near impossible I couldn t shrink the topper back to the delivery size and I don t have anything big enough to put the topper in without costing me a small fortune I can t say anything positive about this mattress except it was delivered and now that s a negative also I just hope to be a part of a Class Action Lawsuit against this company soon My recommendation to customers Make sure you are petite in stature or your home has wheels ex RV to possibly enjoy it or you may find yourself looking for a new mattress like me Skip the excessive pain If you have already made the mistake of ordering the topper and haven t received it do yourself a favor and ask for a refund now Just consider yourself lucky or blessed

Ordered on 29th December 2023 no response

Ordered on 29th December 2023 emailed them twice for an update no response Shocking customer service Order Number 000533068 I want to know a delivery Date Responded to my 4th email only to inform me I had to wait 28 Days It is now the 23rd Day and still no delivery date or tracking number I should have investigated Dormeo never again and if anybody mentions them to me I will let them know of my experience
