Lili brings so much valuable information for new parents to prepare yourselves the best you can I definitely recommend to take the courses with her Besides being really good at taking you through the whole birth preparation and methods for preparing and feeling good Lili is capable of creating a safe and wonderful environment for all participants I can only say that this have been a wonderful experience in every possible way and I wish to give my best recommendations
